The next morning after the Sioux City Ford Quick Lane changed the oil and filter on our 2014 F150 4x4 pick up, there was an unsightly 12” round oil spot on our garage floor when I backed our pick up out. The oil leak obviously caused by the mechanic being too lazy to wipe up spilled oil on the truck frame. I understand these are young mechanics that require leadership and repeated performance of an activity; however, the state or quality of being clean or being kept clean is a characteristic attribute that ultimately is the responsibility of the dealership's management. They Failed!

Terrible service took my car for an oil change they forgot to put the clips back for my skid plate and skid plate ended up getting damaged this was back in September we are in December they keep saying the parts are being order. Months go by no call back I call them once every month just for them to tell me my parts never got ordered. This is the 3rd time they told me my parts have been ordered and nothing.

Too busy all the time. Bought a vehicle at Ford used car lot went to get oil change and brakes checked and replaced. Wasnt waiting went to sears. I understand they had appts scheduled so it was all good.

This is the worst place to get your oil changed. Today I came in at 9 am and 2 hrs later they still haven't even worked on my car. They are supposed to have a "quick lane"; well, I can tell you it is not quick! I hate this place and only came back because they screwed up the oil change the last time on my 2.5 yr old car and gave me a free coupon for this oil change. Never again. This Ford dealership provides terrible slow expensive service.

Very quick today. Oil change in less than 30 minutes. Even vacuumed the floors. I like that they dont push extra services and filters, just tell you the status and give recommendations.

I went to the quick lane last fall to replace a tire that hit a pothole, and they did with no problems. Today I was going through paperwork and saw their paper and receipt, on the bottom of their paper it said bent rim, this was news to me. I was never told about it, they just gave me the bill and sent me on my way. Had Square Tire check to make sure it was today, and they confirmed it was bent. I like the technicians service has, but the quick lane techs are a different story.

I stop here when I have a day off. Get oil changes and tire services frequently. Sometimes you wait 40min and sometimes 1.5hrs. Wait times depend on how clogged up the fast lanes are at the time. They are good at estimated wait times and will let you know what is going on.

I pulled up to the serve door and there was no line with no cars in the garage. I requested an oil change and tire rotation with the complementary Lincoln wash after sitting in the lobby for 4 hours I finally went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. The lady at the cashier looked up my vehicle and said it was done about 2 hours prior to me asking. They said the keys were placed in the wrong basket. I did not receive my Lincoln wash because they were doing a full detail and said I would have to wait 25 minutes after that full detail after I had already waited for 4 hours.

Friendly and thorough service! Aaron showed me that my cabin air filter was filthy - it had never been changed even though my car has 193,000 miles on it. The other places that have changed my oil have probably never checked it. I did not know that the cabin air filter needed to be checked, and did not know where it was, even though I have been driving for 28 years. The oil change was completed fairly quickly, and they replaced the filter and a bulb that was out. Aaron took the time to go over my vehicle inspection results. The lounge is comfortable, with free pop and popcorn. Update: The loud hard rock music playing inside and out is unpleasant to many customers. I visited today to shop for a car, but left because of the noise. This loud hard rock music does not appeal to a wide demographic. Better to have quieter, less harsh music so customers do not feel like they are in a bar or at a rock concert.

Had been a 10 year customer, am no longer. Had driven my set of tires only 10k miles out of 55k miles and got zero credit of any kind for a new tire (which techs admitted the tire did not pop from driving over glass or nail). What I was assured would happen from sales re warranty coverage vs what actually ended up being covered was a joke. This place used to be top notch.

Over charging cost of labor!!! What a joke, I’m never returning. Over 100 dollars an hour for labor are you kidding! Over rounding time it takes to do jobs also. I got a couple simple things done that shouldn’t have taken much time. Of course o bought an expensive warranty that doesn’t cover wiring. I’m just very disappointed in the cost, but I want to be clear that the service was good and the people are friendly in the service and sales department . But mainly who I’m firing at is the Ford company and dealership and their charges. I love Ford Trucks and think they are better quality than most other companies. But the company appears to be getting money hungry and making their customers suffer for it. Im regretting buying my truck now especially regretting buying that worthless warranty that cost so much. Again I want to make clear the service was good, but I know the service guys are only doing as they are told by the higher powers on how much they charge.

A relatively small repair has had our vehicle tied up for over a week now.... (for a job that they told us would take a couple hours or so to accomplish)....

Ford is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Always very helpful and nice. But there was only one older man in the quick lube who took your information that was very rude and seemed like you were wasting his time. But everyone else was great!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few cars ahead of me, but they got things done in about an hour. The fast service was appreciated. I did enjoy the tall desk area that I could stand or sit at and work on my laptop while I was waiting. One drawback was no outlets at that spot. My only major complaint was the country music playing in the background. Trying to work with that cacophony made it a challenge.
