Just moved to Worcester and saw these guys it started with custom work no shop wanted to touch “widebody kit on a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee SRT” and they took care of it for a good price. All in the same month my wife’s car got rear ended and it was a pearl white paint they matched it perfectly. These guys are honest, and go above and beyond and communication is on point. This is not a body shop that will take the insurance money and take 6 months to do the work they are quick efficient and are great. Thank you Sidney!

There is a reason why this place has 203 reviews and they are all 5 stars. They took my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer SE the next day we called after we got into a car accident that damaged my windshield, hood, fender, and bumper. They immediately started working with our car insurance, so they could order the parts and start working on it. The bumper I have was customized, so they made sure I would get the right one and not the original one. The owner and his wonderful team go above and beyond to make your car look like you just bought it. I could not be happier with the job they have done and the amazing customer service they provided. I had an accident on the front of my 2023 Ford F150, which I use for work. At first, I thought the damage was minor, but after leaving it at Siro for a more detailed inspection, we found out the damage was much greater. I filed a claim with my insurance, and from that point on, Siro took care of everything with the insurance company. Now I have my truck back, looking brand new as if nothing had ever happened. I had my Tesla vandalized by someone with a rock. I contacted Mapfre right away, and got started in the process. I found Siro Auto Body on Google, and saw the 200+ reviews and decided to stop by. They helped me with the whole insurance process (they're really good dealing with the insurance companies) I left my car at the shop, and shortly after, they started the job and repainted the entire right side of my car. It was done very quickly I just got the car and I'm amazed - it looks brand new! The paint color matches exactly and there were no missing spots. Wow is the right word here. I got into an accident during a snowstorm when my car lost control and slid into a guardrail, scraping the whole side. The car was still drivable, so I spent about three weeks searching for the best body shop in Massachusetts. I reached out to my best friend’s boyfriend, who runs Choice Auto, and Ray told me that Siro Auto in Worcester was the best place to go. My car is a sports car with a lot of sharp angles, and it has a special paint color called Crystal Pearl White, so it needed real attention and experience. When Ray called Siro Auto, Lenardo took his own time to come see my car after hours. He was honest, straightforward, and very confident that he could handle the job. Knowing that he had worked with many high-end cars before made me feel a lot better. At the time, I was working full-time and didn’t have rental coverage through my insurance, which stressed me out. Lenardo told me not to worry and that he could handle everything from talking to the insurance company to arranging a rental car for me. When I went into the office, I met Sidney, who helped me through the entire process. At one point the insurance company was going to total my car, but Sidney worked with them directly and saved it. He made sure everything was repaired with original parts only. While waiting for the repairs, the rental car they gave me had an A/C issue. I brought it back and they immediately gave me a different rental with no hassle at all. The whole experience was easy and the customer service was incredible. Sidney even helped me understand how to appeal a ticket and explained exactly what to do. He also installed my new tires and did a great job on the alignment. When I picked up my car, I couldn’t believe how good it looked. The paint job was perfect, the color matched exactly, and they removed every scratch. The car looked brand new. They detailed the inside really well, and when I checked the engine bay, they had cleaned and detailed that too. All the lines on the car were straight and everything fit perfectly. It honestly came out better than when I first got the car. Sidney even took my car to get the inspection sticker so I could drive away without worrying about anything else. He truly went above and beyond. Without the rental they arranged, I would have spent a lot of money Ubering to work or renting a car on my own. After seeing how great my car came out, I really wanted to take some time to write this review. This place is a hidden gem. If you want a shop that pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and treats customers well, I would absolutely recommend Siro Auto Body. I’ve had many high-end cars and tried different body shops in the past, but from now on I’m only coming here. I also mentioned that I needed my sun visors replaced because the mirrors were broken, and Sidney told me he’d take care of that for no charge when I come back. If you’re reading this and need your car fixed, stop searching and give Sidney a call. He’s responsive, helpful, and will make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish.
