What a garbage staff. Bought a battery less then 6 months before from this location. I get told its not their battery and they need the invoice to even look it up because don't don't store any information like that. I drive over an hour round trip to get the invoice and get back to hear "oh i guess it is ours" despite the "30 year employee " who is there everyday says they have never sold the brand. A 5 sec google search shows it as an interstate battery. Which guess what. Its slacks battery. Lost wages, fuel hassle and i get a sorry. Smh

The machine shop was supposed to machine two engine heads and returned them with the cams not seated correctly. I had gave them a engine block to do and it was done incorrectly. I was charged a good amount of money and they stated that they would not go over their work since I did not have a receipt but they did remember doing the jobs. Very Upset,

Called to get a simple reflector. They didn’t have it, but said it could be ordered and delivered within 24 hours. 24 hours later reflector. The lady said deliveries were running late and would call me once the truck came in. Never received a call. Two days later I had to call them, only to find no parts were ever delivered. Very dissatisfied with there customer service and courtesy. Will not be using them again.

We brought heads here to see if they were good or not. After they checked it they determined that it was no good. They did not change us for the time it took to test it. We have gone again to them to balance our pistons and crank. That was very reasonably priced at $325. I would suggest checking them out if you need work on your motor. They are also a parts store.
