Excellent service!!! Jim came to our new home to change the locks and make us new keys. There were 2 different electronic locks on front and back door and nothing was coordinated. He suggested buying a new electronic lock and bringing it to his shop to have new keys made. He also took the time to show us how to install them once we got the new locks. We took the new locks to his shop a couple of days later and he re-keyed them so that all of our locks have the same key now. We also got talking to him about how our daughter had lost her car key and now didn't have a clicker, he said he could make us a new one and program to the car. He did this as well. So glad I found Slim Jim's Locksmith Service. Highly recommend Jim!

Today I locked my keys in my car for the 3rd time but as far as locksmiths go, 3rd time was a charm. He showed up 10 minutes after we called & 5 minutes later he had my car open for me. And he didn’t use one of those airbags that pry the door apart like the other guys who damaged my door in the process. I’m so glad we called Slim Jim’s. He is the man! OEM keys are no longer available, so I bought aftermarket key shells (with blades) online for my wife's ML320. Slim Jim cut them to match our one and only key quickly, accurately, and for not too much money. I told him up front that I was going to transfer the guts myself. It wasn't difficult.

After calling other locksmiths, they asked for more than $500 to do the job. I also had to go thru an answering service several times with others. I asked Hunters Towing and Recovery who they used to re-key a car and they recommended SlimJim. Jim was able to do the job for half the price and FASTER. Jim was on time, let me know when he was 15 minutes away and answered calls/questions promptly. His services was MORE affordable and VALUABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jim came through when I left my key in our other truck 45 minutes away. He was at our house in less than 20 minutes. The whole process was maybe 20 minutes. His pricing was extremely great, better than another local place we called. Seems there are scam companies, don't call them if they don't have a local number!
