Garbage, garbage garbage... please don’t use this tow company and don’t allow the police department to call them if you’re ever in an accident and you car has to be towed.... they will overcharge you... they’re extremely rude and unprofessional and will give you the run arounds.... THEY DON’T ACCEPT CHECKS, THEY DON’T ACCEPT CARDS but didn’t have change for $100.... they called the police to watch as we recovered our car because we told them thAt we were tired of the cat and mouse games with them... I guess she felt threatened... even though we didn’t even raise our voice..... we just wanted our car....

I went by to get an estimate. When he found out this I was paying cash he would not give me the estimate. “I don’t do estimates, In just do work”. In other words, if I can’t gouge the insurance company I don’t want to work on your car. Won’t be back. Not a nice person.

These people are terrible, don’t call them at all. The daily fee is too high which is $50 and the service is rude and ghetto. Tried to get my receipt back they wouldn’t give it back. I recommend anybody do not call them

Police called them to pick up a wrecked car on Thursday. I tried to pick it up on Friday. They gave me the run around concerning the car. I couldn't pick it up until Monday. They charged me $460. If I had picked it up on Friday, it would have been $260. The guy was very rude and disrespectful. He kept walking away or answering the phone while I was talking to him. He acted like he wanted to keep the car. Needless to say, items were missing out of the car. My son's speaker, amp, jumper cables, and garage door opener. It looked like they tried to take the radio. This was the most nerve wrecking experience of my life. Robbing people at a low point in their life is just plan evil!! Karma will get them.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I took my car to them and they kept it for a month. Mr. Smith called me on a weekly basis and I was always accommodating to him needing one more week. My claims adjuster from State Farm went to the shop to do the estimate however they sent me the check because it was $10,000 and of course they weren't going to send him a check for the work was done. They even called me at the end of the week to say they had put in a request and claim for parts that were not cleared by State Farm. State Farm kindly sent them a check within two days. So finally they called me today to say the car is ready to be picked up. I said that I would bring them a check for the entire amount. The office lady which happens to be Mr. Troy Smith's wife Diane said " did you read the fine print on our contract… We don't take checks and we don't take credit cards. " my husband asked a question "what kind of business are you?" My husband suggested that we bring them a cashiers check directly from the bank then we would be covered if something happened. Diane went to check with Mr. Smith and Mr. Smith refused to change his policy on checks of any kind. Uhhhh I wonder why??? 🤔 Well then my husband suggested that Mrs. Smith bring our car and meet us at bank plus on Beasley Road. Of course my husband has to take off work and we have to find a babysitter and go and he takes my daughter with him to go pick up car at the bank. Wow! He gets to at the bank and Diane does not have a car but wants her money. Finally my husband explain to her that she is going to need to have the car brought to the bank to be able to get her money. About 30 minutes later Mr Smith shows up with the car on the tow truck. Bottom line this could've been real easy and real simple so if that's what you're looking for I would very much go somewhere else thanks

This storage charges outrageous fees do not allow your cat to get tow there. They charge $65 per day , tow fee $125+ fuel charge $55 , $50 glass oil charge, $150 processing fee , $50 flat fee just to pay with credit card so 1 day of storage comes out to $495. I am sure the average working person it not able to afford this. ZERO STARS

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had very unprofessional. I advise do not do business with these people!!! The police had my four wheeler towed to this guy shop. He almost tore it up, getting it on the tow truck , i then came to pick it up from tow yard. The man had stated that he put over a gallon of regular gas in my racing four wheeler that only takes 97 octane . I was also charged almost $400. my ATV was in there on the lot less than 24 hours.
