When I dropped in for an estimate on having the roof of my car painted I was lucky enough to meet Chris, the shop manager. He quickly gave me a price that was acceptable and scheduled a time for me to bring the car in. At the time he explained that insurance companies often dictate that their "emergencies" should take precedence over "jobs off the street". He said to make sure when I brought the car in on Tuesday to tell the receptionist that he promised it on Thursday. Long and the short of it was that we didn't make it. But, Chris was a champion. He said he had no excuses why it took longer than planned and that he was happy I talked to him about it. Everyone I dealt with at Smitty's was most excellent. Though we failed to communicate perfectly, the work that was done is outstanding...except it was done so well that it makes the rest of the car look bad! Just kidding. I would not hesitate to call Smitty's my auto body shop. Okay, here we are a year later and we're back at Smitty's with a different car and a single vehicle collision with our gate. Geez! Our car is almost 14 years old and in pristine condition. But, from previous experience I knew that in Smitty's it was in good hands. And, again, the service and workmanship was superb! If you have to have an auto body shop, guaranteed, you can do no better than Smitty's!

Smitty's really took care of me. I was involved in an accident where the other party was at fault and had no insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket. Smitty's really worked with me on the price for repair and they did an awesome job on my truck as well. I could not be more pleased with the great customer service and the skill of the techs. Thanks guys, so much for getting me back on the road for a great price and an awesome looking truck (again).

I was given an estimate of 7-9 days and it took exactly a month a week to get my car fixed. I also told them from the first day I went in for a quote that it had to be done on a certain day because I had a trip coming up and needed my car. I was promised that it would be done way before that. Throughout the process I contacted the shop almost every day to check on my car and see when it was going to be done. They extended the completion date 5 times. Everyday I was told that I was going to get a call back with updates. Throughout the entire month and a week I got 0 calls back. I had to reach out over and over to check in on my car because there was absolutely no communication with me. Once the date that I was leaving on my trip was approaching I called everyday for a week. I was then finally told the truth that my car would NOT be done by the date I needed my car. I got a rental car provided by insurance (the only helpful people with this whole situation). I informed the shop that I will be back on a certain date and my car HAS to be done when I get back. It had been in the shop for a month at this point. When I got back and called them again (no communication) they told me that my car needs to be extended another week for black out tape to be applied before they can release the car to me. A WEEK FOR TAPE!! I finally called them several times on the day I was supposed to get it back and FINALLY got my car back. Keep in mind this was all for a dent in my door frame and fender….worst service I’ve ever received. I am VERY dissatisfied with this company.

Do not go to this shop, the staff and management are completely unprofessional, they had my vehicle for a month and the only updates we received by email were of the vehicle disassembled after 2 weeks, we dropped off the vehicle May 30 2024, I called them on June 18 2024 and the lady that answered said that everyone was at lunch and they would call me back, no one ever called me back, I called the next day and was told the same thing and never received a call. That same day I sent an email to Isiah Garcia and never received a response, I called June 20 2004 and the lady that answered told me it didn't appear that it would be done by June 21 2004 because it was now in reassembly and that it should be done by the beginning of next week, on June 24 2004 I sent an email to Chris Quamen which is the manager to get a status and advise of the unanswered phone calls and wanted the status of the vehicle, I never got a response from Chris but the next day June 25 I finally received a call back from a lady there and she had a rude attitude and told me the car would be ready June 26, on that day I still didn't receive a call, so I called them that same day and they told me that that car was in reassembly, when I told them it was taking far to long they then told me it was being detailed and washed and would be ready June 27. Still did not receive any calls or updates per their website, I finally called today June 28 and asked to speak with the manager Chris, I was left on hold for 4 minutes and then the lady said that he was not available but the car was ready and that they were just waiting for the insurance to approve the check, so I asked if the car had been ready why didn't we receive a call, she stated that the car has been ready for awhile they just needed the check from insurance, I contacted my insurance and they said they had approved it 3 weeks prior and that's exactly when Smitty's began disassembling the car, these people are liars and crooks, they can't even keep their stories straight, I'm on my way to pick up the car, I will update the review if there are any other problems like so many other people say they have had. Picked the car up and repair was fine, except my car was on empty, I dropped it off with 3/4 tank, how do you go through that much gas, are they driving my car out of town or are they stealing my gas, nothing good to say about this shop.

These guys are awesome. Ditched my car a couple months ago and banged up my front bumper. Took it in to get fixed at a shop back home,washington(over 300 bucks). On our drive here noticed squeaking and the running light flopping around. Brought to Smittys, they found a broken light bracket and a missing screw, they fixed it less than a half hour and only charged $49 Whoever heard of a body shop doing anything for $49!!!?? These guys have my business from now on.

I got in a pretty nasty accident in October. I had my car towed to Smittys, and they were amazing from the start. There were a lot of hiccups, all at the fault of my insurance being a pain in the a**. But everyone at Smittys, especially Casey and Travis were amazing and super helpful. They dealt with all my stress and meltdowns about my insurance being the worst, and taking forever to approve anything, and they dealt with it professionally and were amazingly helpful with making me feel at ease. I had a time constraint with having my car finished.... and as promised they had it finished on time and even delivered my car to me at work. You guys are amazing! Thank you so much for everything! My car is driving great and looks amazing!

I've been taking my car to Smittys for a long time. Always dependable and they go above and beyond. I was waiting over and hour for a rental car pick up and the admin was so helpful calling for me when they kept not showing up. Customer service isn't the best & communication is lacking, BUT when my wife crashed her new Bronco and everyone said it was totalled, they fixed the entire front end. Color match on the paint was about perfect and it's been more than 2 years and not so much as a squeak since they did the repairs. This is the shop I recommend people use.

Walked in and asked if they paint sprinters for a quote and without even looking or asking questions he quoted $25,000 in 30 seconds. For $35k I can get one brand new that's freshly painted and 0 miles on the odometer. Tom's Paint and Body down the street quoted the same work and took about an hour preparing an itemized $3,500 quote. These people are an insurance scam front. They don't want other business.
