Thank you to Scott and Crew for facilitating and servicing my Sport Trac when the drive shaft, carriage bearing, and trans pump went out. A full diagnostic check from front to rear, and advised about suspicious culprits (Torque Converter) that would surely cause me issues in the near future. Personable and professional - down to earth and to the point ... honesty and integrity... this type of service is hard to find and thankful for their wisdom and skill .... heres to another 150K of running on these 4 wheels !

We had a bearing go out on our trailer today (Saturday). Scott graciously allowed us to park and work on the trailer at the business and even offered us drinks and was extremely courteous. Total class act!!! We are from Indiana and loved the hospitality that he showed when he didn’t have to. He chose to be a good guy and that is to be commended. I’m sure this wasn’t the first and won’t be the last time he steps up for a stranger. If we were local, he would absolutely have our business!!

Snider’s allowed me to drop my car off on a Monday afternoon at last minute when another mechanic referred me to them for what they thought was a transmission issue. Best trans axel flush around. Improves efficiency! Owners were kind to my unforeseeable cancellation and are close to estimates. My Grandfather used to take his Caprice Classic to him and was able to keep it running smooth for 30 yrs. Have had minor service work for leaky water pump on a dodge shadow as well as a prius, these guys are a family run establishment that aims to please.

These folks are amazing! Very honest people with wonderful customer service and their workmanship is unmatched. Scott is truly at the top of his trade. He is very intelligent and talented in his field yet still takes the time to help the rest of us understand the situation. I am in awe of what he and his team are able to do. BEWARE: Took my truck to Sniders West and paid $100 for a diagnostic. Not sure what I even paid $100 for as they quoted me $1,700 in repairs for a new TECHM but didn’t even bother to check the transmission cooler lines that were leaking fluid and can cause all the symptoms I had described when I dropped off the truck. In response to the owners response : I in fact did pay for a DIAGNOSTIC not for a computer scan? Why would I pay $100 for you to plug it into a computer? I would just spend the $100 and buy my own diagnostic scanner?? I mean make it make sense.. I think you are confused on what you actually did VS what I had paid you to do.. Also, just because I said the fluid and filter were changed does not mean that you shouldn’t check for fluid loss?? That should be part of a diagnostic. Instead of coming on here trying to defend blatant laziness, take accountability. Also, you can clearly tell in the photo that the cooler lines had been leaking for MONTHS by the build up on the lines etc. It definitely did NOT start leaking AFTER the diagnostic.
