Is a great deal you know I go over there wash my car anytime I won whatever how many time a week I want, and I only pay $20 a month I can go them multiple times. I'm saving more money.

Their carwash scratched my car very badly they have video evidence of it, which I saw very clearly, no scratches before the wash only after. I informed them, they told corporate and then they denied my claim, it's on video and I have the evidence. Don't take nice cars here just beat up old taxis. They have the clearest evidence in front of their eyes and don't give a damn about their customers. If you like deep swirly scratches all over your brand new car then come to #soapyjoes disgusting!!!

This Soapy Joe’s is better than other ones I’ve been too, with most of the vacuums working well and having good suction to be able to clean. Star is pretty friendly and helpful.

The employees always look bored, unhappy, tired polite. Carwash is good. Just the parking to dry and vacuum your car is a bit challenging. Not enough stalls for a good busy place. There's other locations with same problem.

Good car wash. Not enough spaces sometimes because it’s shared with a gas station and a 7Eleven. You have to wait in the gas station for a spot to open however the car wash, rags, and vacuums work very well.

I do not recommend Soapy Joe’s. They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. Their policies are designed to avoid accountability — they won’t even show you the video of your vehicle entering or exiting. Completely untrustworthy company. Stay away.

15 dollars a month for unlimited car washes. Open from 7am to 9pm 7 days a week. Saturday and Sunday are the most busiest days but if you go early you can beat the crowd. You dry and vacuum your own vehicle after car is washed. No hand car washing available only drive thru car wash.

It would be 5 stars if they didn’t always place you so close the the car in front when it’s busy because the line waiting outside the wash to vacuum gets long and I’ve had to slam on my breaks to keep from hitting the car in front of me while inside the wash.

I come here to wash my car; everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I have children so the car gets really dirty and I take a minute to finish cleaning overall I’m not harassed to hurry so this is my place. Great service makes it get packed

No problem at all with the service, which I have now cancelled for my own vehicle. However the holiday deal really messed up my mom's account. They offered the one month for $20 holiday deal, and she asked specifically, will the monthly go back to her prior $25 per month price? They assured her it would. She and my dad have had an account with them forever for their cars. When the charge for the next month showed at $35 for each car, she could not get any kind of help from the folks in person. She's older and she and my dad aren't the type to figure it out online without my help. Worse still, the next time they went for a wash it all showed as cancelled and they couldn't go through without paying for a single wash. And you guessed it, the cost was $20 for the usual wash they'd get before the so-called deal. Nothing but a cheap way to cheat people.

Don’t waste your money on wash upgrades, you’ll end up with the same wash. Their $25 wash is supposed to clean or shine the tires, but they didn’t even get wet. I asked the attendant about it, he suggested consulting the website for issues.
