Do not got here. I went for an oil change, and these guys were continously talking trash about me in their language, Punjabi. I also speak it and let is slide. When I noticed they were pouring in oil from opened containers and asked why, the guy started to curse at me, once again in his language. I called him out on it and the rest of the staff came running. The response from the other staff ranged from one half hearted apology to them saying I was lying. Never again.

Front bumper scrapes for my 2017 infiniti q50 were fixed with matching metallic paint color of the entire front bumper better than diy job i had tried. Job was done and completed in a few hours on Saturday and cost under $300 for the repair. Color matched perfectly.

The worst body shop i have ever been! They destroyed my car becouse they aren’t professional! I was there to change camshaft and they destroyed my engine of my car,for 400 dollars damage now i need to pay 4000 dollars somewhere else

I agree with the other poor reviews. I went in for a routine inspection and among other suggested repairs, they told me that my battery was low and it needed to be replaced ASAP. I went to Auto Zone right after and had them check my battery - perfectly fine. They told me that I would have seen signs of it dying. They recommended $500 of additional repairs which needless to say that I don't believe I need.

Consider yourself warned. I just received a quote from this place to replace 4 rotors (without brake pads), they quoted me $1,800-$2,000. I called Pep Boys less than a mile away, who quoted me $1,199 for all 4 rotors + brake pads. I made 1 extra call and saved a thousand dollars. If they weren't so outrageous they'd have my business for years. But unfortunately, they want to gouge and be greedy.

My car had a flat tire so after temporarily inflating it I drove here. They quickly fixed the tire and I was pleasantly surprised by their low charges. Went in for a tire change for all 4 wheels, asked for the price and how long would it take. I was told 1 hour and 30 min. Waited that long for them to change only one tire, even that it took 3 people to do it. Went to put it back without balancing. Had to tell them to mount the one tire that they had done after almost 2 hours to not waste any more time. Dont even deserve a star at all.

6/19/24 EDIT - Great and faster service again for my annual NYS inspection! Pleasure as always! Good shop! I stopped in without an appointment for a NYS Inspection on a Saturday morning. They made time to squeeze me in for the inspection. I was in and out in <30 mins. Your time may vary based on how busy they are.

I recently tried changing my own brakes and got air into the brake lines. I took it in my 2004 volkswagen and they instantly said my master cylinder was broken and needed to be replaced. I told them i knew what the problem was with air in the lines but they were stubborn. Went to 21st Lube mechanic and got my brakes fixed for $60. don’t go here, they are not honest and will try to upcharge you.

They said come right down for an emissions test and I waited ten minutes for them to get to me. It’s always been $20 where ever I went for this. The process took five minutes and they charged me the highest they were able to. They lied and said that’s what the price is now. I looked on line to see they can choose anywhere from $20-$37. The lying is why I out 2 stars. If they did that for an emissions test what would they say for more work on a car.
