Thaddeus was amazing!!! Very professional and definitely knows his stuff!!! Unlike dealerships and most mechanics who try to get as much money as they can out of you, he took the time to diagnose the problem before tacking on a bunch of unnecessary expenses. We broke down on I-24 on a Friday night over 120 miles from home. The driver of the wrecker we called called Southern Motorworx and they agreed to stay open after hours to help us. When we arrived Jay Tee diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and worked into the night to prepare to install it as soon as it arrived in the morning. We had to stay overnight in a hotel. On Saturday, after the part arrived, Jay Tee worked the rest of the day to get it installed and us back on the road again. Thaddeus, the owner, came in on Saturday evening and went over the invoice with us and explained the work that had been done. They went out of their way to help us when they didn't have to. They are guys with big hearts. I highly recommend them.
