I was there for a vehicle inspection. It wasn't easy to be able to schedule it due to high demand. I didn't understand why it was that hard to schedule an inspection until I found out that their service is honest and they won't lie to you unless your vehicle requires repair. If you need a vehicle inspection, Southern Tire and Auto Centers is the place to go! This shop has a warranty on every part they install on your vehicle, will honor it and will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.

I have been going here since I moved down this way. My fiancés family has been going for years before that. I love them. Very friendly and fair. Example: was on my way to football practice around 6pm and my tire blows. I go to southern tire, they are closing but ensure me that they will have it done in the morning and apologize for the inconvenience. My fiancé has work to do the next day so we get ready and we head that way and I tell him To drop Me off and I’d wait. By the time we get there about 11/12. May have even been earlier, but My car was already done and ready to go. They had stated that they felt bad for closing the day before and leaving me here so they made it a priority to get my car done first! I so greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication to making your customers happy! Great job!

Been twice. First time was for tires. Extremely expensive. Said they were new, looked used. Second time, they blatantly lied about what was wrong with my car and charged me 880$. I took it to a family friend instead who told me the real problem and fixed it for 40$. Don’t go here. Very untrustworthy. Almost feels like a scam.

Aa soon as I walked in door I was greated and ask what I needed help with. I said one of my tires had a slow leak. The gentleman immediately went outside with me to look at my tire. Front 2 tires were bad. I asked, should I get all 4 replaced. He was honest with me and said I only needed the 2 tires replaced not all 4. Excellent and honest customer service. He said it would be 1 hr wait. They had new tires on and had me on my way in 35 minutes.

Walked into the establishment at 9:30 to have a tire plugged because we have insurance on all four of our tires. The guy inside said it would be one hour and a half for our wait. So we leave and come back an hour and a half later And he says it’s going to be another hour. He could have called us to let us know in advance. We could’ve gone home and gotten our other vehicle and gone on about our day and left the car going back and all the guy could say was sorry…. Poor customer service in my opinion I also feel like because they weren’t making money from my service, they put us last after everybody else. WILL NOT RETURN!!

I had previously taken my car to another ship to get a screw removed from my tire and was told a patch was not possible and a new 400.00 tire was needed. I brought my car here, a technician came out and determined it could be patched. He then came out and just pulled the screw out and determined there was no damaging puncture and did not charge me. You have gained a new customer for future car issues

Do not use!!!!! All they care about is making money - not customer service. I spent over $1100 for work on two of my vehicles only to drive away with BOTH vehicles having the same problems I took them in there for. When I called about it they told me there was pretty much nothing they could do and sorry for my luck. They should be ashamed of themselves running a business like that.

Got four new tires put on my minivan. Scratched every single wheel with a socket that was too big for the lug nuts. Service writer did nothing to resolve the issue, not even an apology. I was told "you should have told us it needed a thin wall socket" WHAT?! I didn't know that Southern TIRE was a TIRE shop and they needed a reminder of how to do their job. The installer was very nice and apologized but management was a joke...will never go back. Avoid at all costs!!

Nice respectful people, they do good work and I trust them. My family has gone here for years. Only thing is they are slow with oil changes if you don’t have an appointment. I’ve been here for 2 hours now since they opened have seen people come and go with actual work being done besides an oil change. Still waiting so just make an appointment or you’ll be on the back burner

Called last week on Monday to get an appt to fix the check engine light. They told me to bring it in on Wednesday and I dropped my vehicle off by 8:00 AM. They never called me back, I called at 5:30 and they sold me they reset the code and I could pick my vehicle up. The check engine light came back on Saturday. I called back this Monday and they told me to bring my car back in Wednesday. Again, I dropped my vehicle off by 8:00AM, at 5:00PM I called to find the status of my vehicle, they did not come back on the phone. I drove to the location, and my vehicle had never been moved from the location where I parked it at 8AM. When I walked inside the attendant told me he thought I hung up the phone after being plashed on hold. He then told me that the mechanic did not get a chance to look at my vehicle, they only had 1 mechanic today. After making an appointment on Monday, and they never looked at it. I was so frustrated!! I told the attendant that having only one mechanic was not my fault as I had made the appointment on Monday. He said he could get my key. I told him so much for keeping my business local, he said Thank You and have a good day. I will have to find another repair location!

Came here this past Wednesday for an oil change. They spilled oil all over the engine and battery and fuse box. Even up by the windshield and didn’t clean it up. I checked out and paid and as I was about to pull away the mechanic came up to my truck and said while he was on a test drive he broke something and had to fix it but couldn’t elaborate on what it was and now today my truck won’t start. I don’t know if the two things are related but this isn’t the quality southern tire is known for I guess I’m just going to have to start checking hind them

I cant speak on the price of the work done, but I take my company truck here for every oil change & service that isn’t warranty. Service here is great, everyone is super friendly, just make sure you call ahead if you’re headed their way.
