I was looking to sell them some used tires and a full set of rims for a Kia Soul. I drove up and waited for a minute before one of the mechanics came out to speak with me. He said that they do buy parts, but that normally it was his boss who did it and the boss wouldn't be in until 2pm. Ok, no big deal. I come back at about 2:30 and the same employee tells me the boss still isn't there. Ok. Do we know when big boss is gonna show up? No. I should give them a call and see when the boss is gonna show up to work and then I'll be able to sell him my stuff. Never mind, I don't have the time to play phone tag on the hopes that I catch the elusive Boss man.

Brought our own tires to be mounted on daughters car. They never put valve stems, never balanced them, thru the spare on top of things in the trunk. One valve was leaking and she was driving with 15psi of air in the front tire. Car was shaking. Had to go the next day to a better place and they told us all of this information. They slam your stuff around and said they only take cash. Then would not give a receipt. 110.00 down the drain. They try to see how fast they can get the tires on. They do not care about safety. NEVER GO HERE -- they wont be around for long. These are the same people that dump the tires on the side of the road so they dont need to pay to get rid on them.

I went to Red Line on Wednesday November 8th 2023 with the intent of replacing all four of my tires on my 2017 Genesis G80. I went there around 5/5:30 pm. I spent nearly two and half hours there. They replaced three of the four tires. My vehicle has wheel locks that I provided upon arrival. The front right tire they were unable to remove the tire. So everyone working the night attempted to remove the socket that they left on the vehicle and couldn't remove. They stripped my wheel locked that I had to replace, my lug nuts were damaged on two of my rear tires. The socket due to negligence on their part is still hanging off my vehicle. I Paid $240 to them and they told me they couldn't get it off and come back the next day. After leaving the parking lot something felt weird and off. ( you know your car and how it drives) But I knew something didn't feel right. I turned back around and immediately demanded and told them the tires feel loose as if they are not on correctly. They told me it was and it was just me. I left and went about a quarter mile down the street and I again returned and told them this is a safety concern and I didnt bring my car like this and demanded for them to properly install my 3/4 tires correctly on my vehicle. They told me they have already tried for about two hours and nothing they can do until the next day. The next day and the day after they tried to remove the socket and they told me they couldn't get it off and to just buy a new tire, lug nuts and maybe a rim. My car is pulling to the right. I can't get an alignment done. The car is pulling to the right. They have a job that is unfinished and I have called numerous times and drove up to the location in La Plata several times. The fifth time that I went up there they told me that was so long ago and they don't remember me and I am making it up. I took my vehicle two two mechanics. Hyundai and local certified mechanic who told me the tires were incorrectly installed, was not mounted properly and was half way on the vehicle and had I was driving at a decent speed over 65mph it could have caused my life due to their irresponsible and negligence. I learned there was another location on 1/30/24. I called the capital heights location and requested to speak to a manager. The tech who answered the phone refused to give me his name because he doesn't know me. I called and asked for the owner so that I can settle my issue that has now been ongoing for three months before taking it on social media, news outlet, BBB, maryland State Attorney's office. When I stated I am requesting your name so I know who I spoke with he repeatedly said call tomorrow I do not know you. He said manager not here. I asked what time does he come in and he said I don't know. The attitudes between both locations is disgusting and distasteful. I will continue to write a review and all over social media until my car is fixed. The car is not safe to drive according the dealership. I have filed a complaint on BBB and I am not finished and will not be until it is resolved. BEWARE of both locations and cautious of the work they do. I will post updates and pictures.

Well they busted my studs and made me pay for them. But that's the reason for this rating. But this place is truly a poor man's paradise. I was able yo keep up with three vehicle's needs for tires with no threat or problem relating to the used tires that purchased during that time. All and all, quick, convenient, and affordable.

I needed 2 front tires. They were so nice and helpful!!! I got 2 newish tires for a very good deal. They got them out we looked at them, and said yes. They mounted balanced and I got excellent service and it was a very short wait. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Arrived to find our truck sitting on its rim for almost 24 hours, not even on a jack. I never in my life experienced this with any shop, to leave a 7000lb vehicle sitting on its rim after being towed up is absolutely deplorable. Then he had us back it up on the flat tire so they could change them out. If i could upload the video i would. And because we were upset he told us to go to another shop. Do not, under any circumstances get towed here or leave your vehicle here unattended. They also let it unlocked all night and have no cameras on their property.

Place is a joke. They only sell garbage tires, I brought my own and had them mount and “balance”. The tech couldn’t get one of the wheels back on, so he just hammered it on with an impact. tried putting one on with the tread backwards, and tried putting one on without balancing it. Steering wheel shakes now, and the car was drifting all over the road on my way home. PSI was at 36, 38, 62 and 84. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Wish I could get my money back

This place was amazing. They were so incredibly fast. And they had excellent service. We were treated so kindly and with great knowledge. We had a flat tire and were stressed about what fix might be needed, but the moment we pulled up they came over, jacked up the car, grabbed the tire, found the metal piece and removed it, sealed it up, then checked it in water to ensure it was leakproof. We were back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT GET TIRES FROM HERE!!! yes it’s cheap, but for a reason. I bought a tire from them last night, while driving out of town my car started shaking, went to a tire place thinking I just needed a rotation, and the tire was dry rotted and curved. I called and told the guy that changed it thinking he would understand and give me a better tire since it was not even 24hours later and it was on the brink of exploding, and he said it wasn’t his problem and no. Don’t waste your money. There are better places in the area that charge just as cheap with better quality service.

Went down to the shop to see if they had any tires that were more aggressive than the ones I currently had he said yes give me a great price and told me that they would have it done in 20 minutes and it's probably done in 18 minutes fantastic job, and very nice, I would definitely recommend this place

Used to be amazing but now not so much. Gave me a tire that shredded within a month. I went back with my receipt to show it had been less than 30 days. They replaced my tire with another faulty tire. Then had an attitude when I came back again. Not sure if the former owner sold or just hired the wrong people. Unfortunately I’ll never be back to find out.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I can't let this slide because faulty tire installations can kill someone. After they changed a tire that was flat, I noticed a lot of wobble in the steering wheel approaching 50mph. I don't think they bothered to balance the tire. Had to turn around and tell the guy. Another guy took the tire and seemed dismayed with the guy that initially installed it and he, I assumed, balanced it correctly. I also bought a used tire with plenty of tread. The tire started going flat a few days later. It was punctured. They sold me a faulty used tire. Now I am inconvenienced, waiting to have it patched at another shop, because I simply do not trust these guys anymore.
