I brought an aftermarket bumper here for blocking, priming, paint, and clear coat. The blocking was no better than the prep I already did. The priming was good (I think). The painting was incomplete bc they didn't paint the underside of the top grill or wheel wells. The clear coat had drips. 2/5 just bc the paint matched.

This gentleman got my Nissan Altima looking llike new again. I was involved in a side swipe and he was able to order another door, did a perfect blend job, and when I sold the car it was not even noticed. The turn around time was quick and the level of professionalism was excellent.It is a family run business who pays local workers decent working wages and provides to the community. They are also on angies list. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I called this morning to ask about a car I needed to get repaired. I was told "we're not very busy at this time so it could get done by Jan 3rd give or take." By Joanna. I said "awesome" she said "you can send us an email with pictures if you like" I figured why not cover all my bases, send some pictures and get it towed. My tow driver calls and says hey they're not taking the car. I call Southside and get a hold of Joanna again who now tells me "we're not taking cars at this time"... "What do you mean you told me earlier it's a slow period for you guys and it could get done in a timely manner" I said "Sorry, there's nothing I can do" This goes back and forth for a while before she says "I never got your email" and I said "I sent it but what does it matter the email is irrelevant at this point" I told her either take the car in or I'd be forced to leave a review. She said "sorry sir" And here I am.

Had a great experience at Southside. My car had moderate damage to the passenger side back door, and Southside has it looking brand new, like it never happened. The owner, Patrick, was fantastic to work with. I dropped off my car Monday, he said it would be done Wednesday, and I picked my car up Wednesday afternoon. I shopped around before choosing Southside to get the work done to my car, and they were by far the fairest price with the least amount of wait to repair the damage. A few of the larger collision repair shops such as Church Brothers tried charging me an outrageous amount, over-stated the hours of labor to repair by more than 4 hours than Southside did on the estimate, and I would have had to wait two weeks for my car to be repaired. Thank you Southside for the great work, and for making this process as smooth as possible!

My car was hit on the back passenger door while it was parked. The person who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket and I looked for the cheapest repair I could find. Southside Automobile not only fixed my car in one day but they did an amazing job!! My color is very hard to match but they did it perfectly! Southside Collision is by far the best body shop in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. I had some damage to the rear of my vehicle that Southside repaired in less than a week and the workmanship was excellent. My car looks brand new again. I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about taking my nice car here as I've never heard of them or their work quality. But I'm glad I took the chance on them. Every body shop in town had at least a month wait just to give me an estimate on my car and another 3 months just to schedule me for a fix. However, Southside Automotive gave me an estimate on the spot, honored it, and got me in within a week and finished my car within a day. That is speed you never see anywhere. The paint looks flawless. I will say, you won't save too much money coming here as the quotes are about the same you would get at any large body shop (unless you pay cash you save like 3%). But for the quality of work, speedy estimate, and 1 day turnaround on your car... you can't go wrong. Other shops charge the same price but you will wait forever (don't believe me? call every Caliber Collision or Gerber body shop in your area, you will wait at least a month just to get an estimate).

They gave me a quote and they were super friendly. Allowed me to use the restroom. I've been pricing different paint shops. I'm not done getting my quotes yet but this one was at least easy to talk with and that has not been my experience across the board.
