HONEST AND RELIABLE. I came here for the first time after getting a horrible diagnostic from a place in Riverside who told me my car needed immediate attention and that is was sooo dangerous to drive, that I shouldn't even leave the shop. With no pictures or proof. I took my chance and luckily my dad told me to come here. Turns out nothing major was wrong with my car!! Space25 saved me literally thousands of dollars and from scammers!

My husband and I were looking at different shops to have the AC fixed. After many uneasy feelings from other shops, we found SPACE25. Sergio was knowledgeable and upfront with the costs and any other issues that might be going on. We decided to give him a try. While he fixed the AC, we were impressed with his detailed inspection of the car. We have never seen such a detailed inspection before. He informed us what was in good condition, what needed to be fixed soon and what needed immediate attention. One issue was a shudder in the steering column which we were aware of but was told it was nothing of importance. How wrong that was! It was a serious issue that could lead to loss of steering and use of the car. While considering how and when to fix it, we did further research on the issue and Sergio was correct. He wasn't just trying to fleece us for more money. It was a serious concern. We quickly made an appointment to have it fixed. The steering issue was fixed well within the estimated window. The car drives so smooth now. It is like having a brand new car! Thank you, Sergio and his dedicated team of technicians for their great work! We highly recommend SPACE25!

I took my BMW X5 there with several major issues. The owner Sergio was extremely helpful in fixing the issues and tried his best to get me the required parts at the most reasonable cost. He is very honest and takes pride with his work. Sergio exhibits qualities which are hard to find in workshops dealing especially with luxury cars. I highly recommend Space 25 Automotive to anyone looking for a decent, honest mechanic/ owner.

Called Sergio for an estimate. His new catch phrase should be "I can't do that." I asked how much it would be for a rebuilt engine. He said he needed to know what was wrong with it, which I understood. So I asked him to pretend you have to do the complete rebuild (which is the rebuild kit plus the labor) and he said I can't do that. He wanted me to take my car in first instead of just quoting me. That's how they get you. They have you take the car in, they take it apart and then charge you a diagnostic fee. Shady business to me. If he knew his stuff he would have been able to tell me how much a full rebuild would cost. Since he had no idea what that entailed in my audi I'm left to think I can't trust someone like that.

Took my car in for a scheduled diagnosis on a Thursday at 730AM. Promised I would have a report along with a quote for repairs by noon. After waiting most of the day went back at 4:00 p.m. and was given many excuses, but was promised once again that I would have a full report sent to me by 6:00 p.m. that evening. When I return the next day I realized they were not open and would not be open until that following Monday. Finally picked up my car that Monday morning and I'm thankful they didn't charge me anything but what a waste of time.

So far so good they recieved my car with no problem, gave me fare estimate and opinion once i get estimate for repair I will update my remark and comment, very clean and inviting.(update) my truck needed more work than anticipated so they have me two options for best results, I was in no rush to get work done so I just had them do everything I needed. They did an awesome job on tuck I'm very satisfied with the communication and effort that was shown to me. Thanks again Space 25 and special shout out to front desk man Sergio! While off reading, I damaged my truck. I had previously taken it to other shops but not until I took it to Space25, they found the cause to the noises, noises caused by damage to the axle, in addition to some other components. Im delighted that my truck is no longer making those noises, that would have eventually caused addition issues.

I have to say Sergio is one of the best in the business. I took my 2005 Lamborghini gallardo to him after another high end shop in Newport Beach had it (I won’t blast them). The shop had it for two months and could not diagnose the problems the transmission was having. I picked my car up and was looking for a local to me facility that could take a look at it. He said he could help me out. I have to say that the other shop stuck to the computers to tell them what was wrong and it ended up being something completely different. Sergio diagnosed and had my car back to me I about a week driving perfect again. If I found him 2 months ago it would have saved me over 5k In unnecessary parts. I highly recommend him for all your European and exotic cars. Thanks again.
