I have been to this care wash before and have had great service. My primary reason for going to this car wash is for the interior cleaning. The interior was still dirty had not been vacuumed. My dash had left over cloth pieces and was still dusty. I typically keep a pretty neat car, I just like the new car feeling! I was disappointed in the service from today and tried multiple times to call and speak to someone about the service and no one answered, and the voicemail is full.

Oh my goodness! I had overspray on my car after a body shop messed it up in Florida where I live. My husband and I are visiting family and he suggested I take it here! It looks BRAND NEW! Ashely was awesome to work with and can’t forget Dina! She wkd ALL DAY ON IT!! 20 stars in my opinion!! They definitely are a very good company start to finish!! THANK YOU!!

Been coming here for years. Ive noticed the quality of their work has been declining to the point that I will no longer be coming back. I would think it was because they were always extremely busy but that was not the case. Busy or not the results are the same. I came here because it was convenient, fast and had excellent results. I think its time for me to find somewhere new.

I had a horrible experience today. I go here 1 time a month spend money on the manager special and usually have a good experience. NOT TODAY!! Went through the wash it didn't clean it well buy knowing what detailing I was getting I knew it'd be fixed. I was there for 2.5 hrs. We went to wait inside where we heard at least 5 women yelling in the office with the door closed. When they ask left clearly mumbling loudly as they left you knew it was a disagreement. The manager later came in to tell us she's sorry but then gossiped about what it was about etc. We had 1 guy in my truck and after 2 hrs want even done in the inside and nothing done on the outside. The manager continued to act as an untrained professional manager... in her phone, ordering lunch for certain staff. You had employees in the office doing nothing as others worked by themselves struggling. When I asked how much longer she fed me a line the gentlemen is very detailed and cleaned my seats for free.. 1 they are leather didn't need cleaning other than the typical wipe down and then the conditioner that comes in the mgr special. Said he hadn't started on the outside but would get help in which to ever she had apply the wax left it on my truck in globs now embedded in my door buttons and seals. When asked to wipe it her go to boy did it with his tshirt. My son had to take a microfiber cloth and go around the truck. My floor mats never were treated either. I took pictures and hope to resolve this tomorrow morning or I will never go back or recommend them again.

I’ve been a loyal Splash and Dash customer for over 10 years with three cars on their full-service program. Unfortunately, my last visit was a huge disappointment. About a month ago, a new employee used something on my dashboard that completely damaged it. I filed a claim immediately, but since then, I’ve called multiple times and have been told each time that the manager isn’t available and that I would get a call back — which has never happened. I really hate to write this because they’ve always done a great job in the past, but this experience makes it clear that customer service and accountability are no longer a priority. It’s disappointing to see a business I trusted for so long stop caring about its regular customers

If I can give it zero stars I would I paid $75 for super clean detail! My car wasn’t that difficult or hard to clean at all but I needed it clean throughout inside and outside that why I paid for the higher rate than regulars. It was my first time there and definitely it will be my last!!! I was called at the end to check the car and drive I went there the car was still dirty outside at some points, the manager came and asked and I said I am not happy, she asked one of the girls to come and clean small things, that girl kept looking at me giving me attitude as if I wasn’t supposed to say anything about how not clean my car was !! Both of them didn’t care, even the manager she left me without final confirmation if I see it fixed or not and went there with the other girls to count tips money!!!!! No customer service or customer care at all! I don’t think the whole crew know how to do business in car wash I went home checked the car again and I saw these terrible areas to confirm how I felt and saw there Dirty spots inside and they tore down my driver seat original cloth. Not to mention again the exterior of the car!! I can’t believe this is how they want to do business and keep it going?!!! I’m expecting Owner to refund money back for these kind of bad service

Their short staffed so it took a while to get my car done, but the owner went above and beyond to make it up to me. I'm impressed with her professional attitude, and even after I get my free wash I will be a regular customer here. The work that was done was excellent, my car looks brand new. They also have a comfortable waiting area with big screen t.v.s. free bottled water and coffee.

I’ve used this car for the last couple of years for both of cars. I live in Arlington and make the commute at least once a month because I love the staff and how they clean my cars. I got my vehicle hand washed on a Friday it rained on Saturday and I came in on Sunday for a wash and the lady at the counter said my hand washed is not cover if it rains. Like how? Hand washed is 50 dollars. There was no rain in forecast and somehow it rained. She said her system doesn’t prompt a free wash of it rains. Maybe tgey can add this for the future. Would hate to have tp look for a different car wash cause they dont honor free wash on hand washed if it rains.

I would highly recommend coming to Splash N Dash! The care and attention to detail is outstanding, and the customer service was top notch. They pre washed the exterior of my vehicle with soap and bug cleaner on the grill, hand dried the entire vehicle (including windows), and they hand scrubbed my tires/rims. I haven’t seen my truck look this nice since the day I bought it!

Tracy did an awesome job on our Jeep. We’ve always loved this car wash, but never (until today) was I compelled enough to leave a review. My Jeep is as clean as it’s ever been! Normally you’ll find a missed spot here or there after leaving to a degree. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE TODAY! Will definitely be requesting Tracy when possible.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had this big of an issue. I paid $45 for a car wash (Cleaning the inside and out ) added the dog hair removal and there was still trash dog hair. Dirt and debris still left in my car tried calling back twice. They didn’t answer their phone. I am hoping for the owner to reach out to me and make this right because the service that I receive today was poor and lazy. And I’m honestly very disappointed

Not a great experience, but I got my truck cleaned. I pulled in around 4pm and there were maybe two other cars getting washed. An employee walked up to my truck and just stood there while I looked over the "menu" didn't really greet me or say anything. I told him it was my first time here, and how long the "Super Clean" ($75) typically takes. He told me around 45min - 1Hr. I opted for the "Supreme" full service for $35, again not very talkative or informative. I pulled around and had another employee spray down my car while attempting to give me hand-and-arm signal commands to go through the tunnel. After the tunnel I was directed to a shaded area where, I assumed, I could just get out and hand off my truck; no one was really giving me much direction. I watched as one person cleaned my truck while others stood around. I've paid similar prices for a much better experience. Again, at least they got my truck cleaned, but service was definitely laking. Also, they left some "rings" on my center arm rest and did the bare minimum on the center console.

This location is located literally across the street from our home. We’ve been going to this car wash for a couple of years. The first couple of standard car washes ($27) were fine however I stopped going because the workers do a subpar job wiping/finishing my car. My husband final time was today. He went first thing this morning to get his car washed. He left and drove home literally across the street and had water marks from the side mirrors not being completely dried. The mats on one side were cleaned but the other side was not! He went back to speak with the female manager and she was did not take responsibility for the horrible car wash. My husband requested his money back and finished cleaning his car at home…
