Pulled in to station with a low tire pressure one tire and nail in another. Was met at door with friendly face. Immediately car was put up on ramp and tires checked. Turned out both tires were fine and needed no repairs. There was no charge but I was more than happy to tip for service and help with my peace of mind. Strongly recommend this business for any tire service.

Bought tires here a year ago. Awesome experience. Had a slow leak develop in a tire and a nail in another tire. They took care of them quickly and rotated the tires. All for no charge. This is a great little shop and they do great work. Glad I found them and they were less expensive than NTW and Discount Tire.

I used to have my tires done at Steve's when I was younger, and only stopped going because I moved away. Coming back to galveston, I now realize why I loved Steve's tires so much! I had the worst night with a blowout that turned out to be a bent rim due to a pothole. I went somewhere else first and was treated very rude I left in tears and I stopped by Steve's. Kevin jumped right out of the truck in front of me, came and looked at my car within minutes and said get in line and we'll see if we can fix it better than it is. I was there maybe 15 minutes and my rim was fixed. His staff is completely professional and you actually deal with the family yourself. It's not one of those places with someone's name on it, but you never actually deal with that person. This is family owned by an amazing family. There were several other customers around dealing with him while I was there in those few minutes and every single one of them left happy. I definitely recommend Steve's tires for any issue that he offers service on!

Went in to see how much for a set of 4 tires for my Smart Car. They did have trouble finding them and then phoned me and told me 1900.00 for a set of four installed and balanced. I fell to the floor and said I would think about it. I am a tourist from Canada and definitely know they were taking advantage of that. Meanwhile one quick check on Amazon and found the Continental tires I needed for less then 500.00....and installation at another shop for 100.00.beware fellow travellers this shop will hose you and laugh afterwards.

Came to get my tire checked for low tire pressure- found out there was a nail in one of the tires. I was 2nd in line but the wait was not long. I got to stay inside my vehicle but there is also a waiting area in the office if you want to wait there. Was in and out quick and they got me fixed asap! Everyone was efficient, nice and friendly!

Wow, these guys are great! Fast & friendly service! I had an alignment done on my Jeep Gladiator & tire rotation. I had to leave to go to a funeral, so they told me to return for the tire rotation. I was in Galveston for a short vacation and had a flat tire upon arrival that I needed to have assessed for repair/replacement. Steve’s Warehouse Tires was recommended by each local auto shop I called so I made a trip in late in the afternoon with no appointment expecting that I would have to leave my car and pick it up the next day. Instead, the team saw me immediately, identified the issue being a screw embedded in the tread of the tire, patched the tire and had me out of the door and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Additionally, they wished me a happy stay in Galveston and didn’t charge me. The hospitality and support I received at a potentially bleak moment for my family and me was nothing short of spectacular. This is one of those shops were you come in for a simple alignment, but now your entire suspension and steering system needs to be replaced. Don't matter what condition your new vehicle is in, its busted according to the mechanic.

On July 17 I took our 2023 Hyundai Venue in for a front end alignment after I struck an object on 45 south returning to Galveston. The SERVICE TECH noticed that the camber link had been damaged as well, he also checked to make sure the passenger side strut wasn't damaged. Luckily it was fine. He did the front end alignment and change the camber link in a very timely and professional manner. I only wish I had been going there years ago. Everyone there were extremely kind, friendly and professional. Steve's Warehouse Tires will definitely be our go to place from now on.

Less than 12 mins and my tire was patched! They were so kind and friendly. Good down to earth shop, honest guys. And they let their secretary bring her baby to work and to me that just shows how family oriented and compassionate the owners are !
