I was very satisfied with their service, except when I ask to tip the person that clean my car by himself, the manager told me no, give it to him, it goes into one and divided up at the end of the day between them, that's wrong. Will not offer to tip, I'll just give it to the hard working person,

By far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Fiance and I were in VA shopping and he wanted to get a system installed. A quick look at the reviews and we were sold on Kenny and his team, even came back the next day for installation. That was back in July or August. We recently had our oil changed (AVOID RD SAWYER on obx AT ALL COSTS!!!) and the shop messed with the battery (why, we don't know) and set the system to factory settings and no sound was coming out of the speakers 😫. Kenny told us to come right on in (it was worth the drive, every time it's worth it!) He identified the problem (RD SAWYER shocked our battery and could have RUINED our engine!) Kenny replaced a wire for us, and a fuse, put the settings back in and sent us on our way (no charge, he even thanked us!). Street Music is where it's at y'all, don't you dare go anywhere else!

Good work in a timely manner. Pros: good price for a sub and amp install. Great workmanship. Adjusted my sound for the best possible Perfomance. I was in and out in about 2hrs. Cons: The waiting area needs work. I like this place because it's straight forward. I brought my equipment to them and they installed it in a timely manner. There's no exposed wires, everything is tucked away neatly. I'll back for a door speaker install in the near future!

Amazing place. My Jeep’s rear speakers and sub stopped working out of nowhere and I could not figure out what went wrong, took it to Kenny and he fixed it right up and diagnosed what happened to cause it. Brought it in in the morning, he had it back to me within 2 hours with the system sounding brand new. He was professional and straight to the point and gave me a great price for the fix. Highly recommend coming here before anywhere else, they are the best!
