Got wheel alignment done here for my car and they did an excellent job! The staff were super polite, on time, and the best part was they took the time to explain the results clearly, explaining on the printout with photos of my car which I really appreciated. One small downside — there’s no real waiting lounge, they do provide for uber booking for your drop to any nearby place. Highly recommended for their workmanship and transparency.

Our experience was definitely stress free I definitely recommend this place if you’re are in need of an auto repair shop. They did a diagnostic test on my son’s mustang to determine why it’s turning to the left so much and they found the problem, what I really liked was the communication and videos while our car was in the shop. Stress Free Auto is exactly that, Stress Free! These guys are awesome. I had terrible experiences with the Ford Dealership Sunnyvale that left my car with more issues than I brought it in with and I took it to Stress Free and Michael and his team identified the issue and solved it right away. During the service, they shared photos and details and responded to all my questions about why they were doing certain tests. They are super affordable and bring so much knowledge to the table. Cannot recommend enough!! My car was making terrible screeching sounds when braking and when I first brought it in, it wasn’t making the noise, so Michael recommended I leave the car in their lot over night so he could hear the screeching when the car has been sitting there all night. Brilliant. This is the kind of service you can expect when you take your car here. And of course they got me a Lyft home after I dropped off the car. Only place I’ll ever take my car!!

I went in for a simple oil change, but was told I “needed” an 80k maintenance service, including spark plug replacement, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and oil change. I agreed only because their website shows they could price match. The total came to $890 for these four services, with $600 just for spark plug replacement, which felt extremely high. I showed them a quote from another store for $668 total for the same services and same parts, but they did not honor the price matching as promised and gave no clear explanation. They claimed their labor rate was $280 per hour, yet the actual work did not take nearly that long. When I questioned the pricing and labor time, they refused to adjust anything or explain further. The communication and attitude were disappointing. As a customer without much car maintenance experience, I felt pressured into unnecessary services and not treated with respect. Overall, the pricing was unreasonable, and the service did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this shop and will not be returning.

This place has a lot of 5-star reviews and I’m honestly shocked. I took my 2013 Nissan Sentra in for a diagnostic on the check engine light. They then sent me an estimate of almost $7k. The main and priciest issue ended up being with the catalytic converter, which I know is a pricey fix due to labor costs. That’s all well and good, I suppose. However, my main issue is that they included multiple things in the estimate that are not even needed, and worse, WAY overpriced. The engine and cabin air filters for example were estimated to be almost $100 each to replace?! Are you KIDDING?! These filters cost $10-$20 and are not difficult to replace at all! They also “recommended” multiple services that I just had done at another mechanic two months ago for a fraction of what they estimated. I got an oil change, oil filter replacement, a brand new battery (and cleaning from corrosion), and spark plugs replaced. I did not need any of these services so the fact they recommended them indicates they’re ripping people off. Don’t get me wrong, I do have some stuff I need to get done on my car that is expensive. I could say no to certain things, but the fact they included completely unnecessary services for absurd fees is why I will never be returning. The positives I have was the guy working the main desk was very nice, they have refreshments available, and a free ride home if your car is being serviced. Other than that, if you take your vehicle here, be prepared for a ludicrous estimate. Do NOT let this place rip you off.

Highly recommend Stress Auto Repair! They were fantastic from start to finish. They fixed my turbo valve quickly and at a very reasonable price. The manager reached out to corporate leadership about adding a safer ride option for women, and they immediately began taking action. Truly rare customer care. 💕 Detailed Version: I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil change and digital inspection). Unfortunately, their garage door malfunctioned that day, making part of the shop inaccessible and extending the service time. I had another appointment shortly after, and instead of simply apologizing, the team immediately offered to arrange a complimentary Lyft so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. As a woman, I only use Uber’s Women Rider option for safety reasons. When I explained this, they let me know their corporate account doesn’t currently allow that specific feature. What truly stood out was how the manager handled it. He was kind, respectful, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt safe and comfortable — no hesitation, no dismissal. He encouraged me to book my own ride with a woman driver and then discounted both trips from my bill. When I returned, he shared that corporate leadership had already begun working on making this feature available moving forward so women who visit the shop can feel safe and supported. That level of empathy, responsiveness, and follow-through is rare. This location is fortunate to have such an exceptional manager and team. ❤️
