Very friendly very welcoming and a cozy area to hang out and enjoy a coffee or tea and snack provided by the guys of stress free even though my warranty company screwed me stress free had nothing to do with it. The front desk guy I'd love to lnow better seemed like a good human being and we had a lot in common when most men dont vibe with me I feel bad I can't remember his name he had a long beard and was I just enjoyed talking to him.

I do not recommend this place. I brought my car in just to have a tail light replaced and my headlights done. my check engine light in my car was not on when I first brought my car to their shop. As they do repairs, they say they do diagnostic check. They said my car needed all these repairs. I only agreed to repair one thing. I paid over 1000 and something dollars. When I picked up my car and turned on the key, my check engine light came on. Now I have to take it to the dealer and spend even more money. This is sad. You can’t even take your car to a mechanic just to get a simple fix and then you end up with bigger problems.

As a first time customer of Stress-Free Auto Care, I was very pleased with the service and the price. I had a pre-sale automobile inspection done on a vehicle I'm going to purchase soon. I am in Florida and the thought of doing the inspection from out of state seemed a little daunting, but Sergey and his staff made the process easy and sent me a detailed report with pictures and video the same day. The price was very reasonable and I'm happy I chose this business to do the inspection . Open 7 days a week with an accommodative staff! I was worried I wouldn’t get my car back in time for the work week but stress-free put my worries to rest. They run tests and provide warranty to ensure reliable service. I especially like the 4-point diagnostics because it associates service condition with photos so you know the severity of the issue. This is an odd thing to say but I look forward to my next automotive needs because I know a place with great fare and affordability.

Overall the experience was good. I needed my transmission serviced as it's sealed and I lack the tools to do it myself. I was quoted in the phone between $250 and $350 but based on my car and general service speed it would likely be about $285 for about an hour to an hour and a half of work, so I scheduled the appointment. Upon arriving I was told that was mostly false, and would come out to about $550 and take a minimum of 2 hours. I hadn't planned on this but needed the service done. The accommodations for waiting were nice, but I had to call into work for longer than originally asked for and the price had gone up almost 2x. The service itself looks good, I don't see any leaks, the inspection report was nice to have, and Sergey was easy to talk to and friendly, I just felt very caught off guard with vastly different information between calling for quotes Wednesday evening to getting the car serviced Friday morning.

I have not had much luck with most auto shops, but Stress-Free has definitely eased a lot of my concerns in terms of Auto Care. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain things to their customers. Was having problems with my car and the battery being drained every morning when I came out to start it. Replaced the battery and was still having the same problem. Took my car to stress-free auto care. They went through that car and checked it from top to bottom. They found what could be the problem and corrected it. But just to be on the safe side they suggested to leave the car overnight to make sure that the battery was not drained in the morning. Everything worked out great. I picked up my Day and everything was as it should be. These people are awesome specially Mickey and Mike. I found them to be very reputable, caring, and most of all honest. Anytime you can take your car to an auto repair and And be able to watch it being worked on through their camera that’s a place that has nothing to hide. You can trust them completely. prices were great. The care they gave me and my car was just awesome. I highly recommend anyone who needs auto repair to go to stress-free auto care and Concord. I am now a loyal member and have recommended them to several people as soon as I picked up my car. Will never take it anywhere else.

Customer Service was awesome, I took my Camry in on NYE to get my belts checked out and get an oil change. They were able to fit me in and get me out the same day with a comprehensive breakdown of the service and inspections they did. The photos and text updates really helped me understand what was going on and they made sure to walk me through everything they did upon pick up. They made sure I was taken care of and I did not feel rushed at all. Mickey and the crew killed it. Very patient and thorough, I am planning on coming back again in the near future!

I needed regular maintenance for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I've used Stress-Free before and they have always been reliable. So I called, made an appointment and went in last week. What I needed only required 1.5 hours, so I chose to go get breakfast and wait. During that time, I received several updates via text including pictures. They advised me on what I needed to do soon on the car as well as maintenance I could delay. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I will bring my other car in soon.

Went in 3 times and problem still not entirely fixed. Was told I’d have to go to Toyota Dealer to get it fixed entirely! Ummmm…sure no problem! How about Stress Free covers the cost? Entirely dissatisfied. Wrote an email to the “owner”, hopefully I get an expedited response. Cont. Heres an addendum to Sergey’s cute response he sent me. They had fixed my car the first time, so I know they are able to do it. It quit working and was covered under warranty so I went back. The second time I went in, they supposedly fixed the problem (wasn’t fixed) and an alarm was going off as I was driving saying the hood wasn’t shut. I waited an additional hour for them to fix this as a “courtesy” to me. That was sooooo special of you to do that after damaging my car. You fixed it the first time and it worked (for a couple weeks) so you should be able to fix it again. Car operates exactly the same as when I brought it in the last time; faulty. Don’t trust them with your car. $520 down the tube for me and now I have to look around to get the issue fixed that they couldn’t figure out.

I can’t say enough good things about Stress free auto care. They truly go above and beyond. Friendly staff great customer service and if it weren’t for them doing a complete check on my car (for free) I wouldn’t have ever known that I needed to fix a couple things on my new car. It was VERY important that I was given this information because I am still under warranty, if I didn’t find out now, I could have had to come out of pocket! I had a great experience at **Stress-Free Auto Care in Concord, California. The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional, and they do a great job keeping you updated while your car is being worked on. They recently replaced the brakes on my girlfriend’s car, got it done quickly, and the work was excellent. Because of that experience, I brought in my Tesla since I thought the brakes might need to be replaced. After inspecting it, they told me the brakes were still in good shape and didn’t need to be done yet. I really appreciated the honesty — a lot of shops would have just replaced them anyway. Another big plus is that they’re open seven days a week, which makes scheduling service really convenient. If you’re looking for honest auto repair or brake service in Concord, I definitely recommend Stress-Free Auto Care. Great people, great communication, and great service.

Great experience my first time trying this business, and I was concerned because my standards are extremely high as it relates to anyone working on my automobiles. I look for a clean shop that is organized. I look around for cars that are just sitting in the lot as if they’ve been abandoned. I look for a nice waiting area as well. I’m not only found a very nice facility with a nice curb with appeal but an outstanding lounge area. It was clean and well put together, and the snacks were added bonus. I would highly recommend this business. If you’re concerned about top quality work your questions being answered regarding your vehicle and fair pricing in my book. They are a five star business.
