Great shop. Having had a few issues with other shops in the past (once I had my oil plug completely left out, blew my engine and had to deal with that, once had my oil plug cross threaded so it slowly leaked out, both were in other shops) - it was awesome to see how the guys there communicated and confirmed things as they were completed. These guys were super professional and really did an outstanding job.

I came here for the very first time to get my emissions inspection done for my car. These guys did a wonderful job and maked me feel appreciated and cared about as a customer. They didn’t try to give me a list of crap that’s wrong with my car so they could make more money. They simply did what I asked. I didn’t even have to wait that long and they were concerned that they had made me wait which I was in disbelief because I literally didn’t even wait that long. I waited maybe less than 8 mins But in all fairness, I had showed up without an appointment. That’s how much they care about their customers. I will definitely be going back as I had a good experience and would definitely recommend them. I’ve been to three auto places before this one, and this was the first time that I felt like these guys actually cared about making their customers happy instead of just making money. They also were very quick Looking at my car, considering they only had two guys in the shop that day. I recommend checking them out if you’re thinking about going here please do it’s worth it!

Excellent experience. 1st time customer and wow!!! Mr. Will really impressed me with his professionalism, from the moment I pulled in the team guided me into the bay. The oil tech went below deck and Mr. Will showed me the oil options and gave a great description of each tier of oil and how they can help my high mileage vehicle. The team had great communication with each other letting each team member know what they were doing. During the oil change process the air filter was checked and confirmed in good shape, tire pressure checked, head lights, tail lights, and signal lights were checked. Oil change completed quickly and received a complementary air freshener. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to this location for oil changes in the future. Thanks for the high level of service and the professionalism. Can't wait to return!

Service was fast employees friendly. I had my oil changed on November 22nd and inspection done l on my Mazda CX 30 however they missed the fact that I was low on brake fluid. After an oil change and inspection, I don’t know how that could be possibly missed. It would’ve saved me a lot of time and frustration not having to deal with the dealership. all in all, they could’ve been more thorough

I love this place. Everyone is always nice. But i just stopped by. Guy came to check me in. I told him i needed a saftey inspection and the oil changed. A safety inspection is basically the same thing they do post oil change. Check your lights, tire condition road worthness. To upsell you on little easy fixes. The oil change takes much longer. Afyer checking in he said yes no problem waited for the guy in front of me to finish and pulling in he said we dont have time to do the inspection we can only do the oil chamge. Mind you its 1200 noon. I said i dont mind waiting. I come here for everything. Id rather get it done here. He said we dont have time. THAT DOSENT MAKE SENSE. I do know you have to be licensed to do it. Maybe they didnt have someone there that had the ability but thats not what he said. I waited there for 20 mins just to leave. My truck isnt even due for an oil change. But while i was getting it inspected why not? So i left. Thats where it got worse. Upon me saying well ill just go somewhere else. He just turned and left. Cone in front of me truck behind me. I had to get out of my truck and say well what do i do. Pull thru? He said just back your way out. Went back to vaping. So i had to do the pull back pull forward pull back pull forwards multi step u turn trying not to hit the car beside me or the truck behind me. So disrespectful. If your so time limited you would think me leaving would make you happy. But no. You were just a massive pita

This was the best visit while getting my oil changed. I have been going to Strickland Brothers for several years at one location. They got new crew members and I noticed the service was not like it used to be. I was going to go somewhere else but I decided to just go to a different location. Well let me just say the College Road service center in Wilmington has an Immaculate crew. I have never in 50 years had someone check a cabin filter on any car I've had. I didn't even know it existed. The young man was more thorough than the Toyota service center. Thank you so much Chris, Mike, and Wyatt. Just my opinion, Chris should teach a class

I was overdue for my oil change and we decided this was part if my Valentine. Pulled in and was immediately greated by Chris and offered a bottle of water. He directed us into the bay and apologized explaining he had to finish with a customer but would be right with me. In about 5 minutes he was back. We let him know what was needed and he and Wyatt got on it. They communicated very well with each other the whole time and I could hear them. There was a possible oil leak because my dipstick was quite low. But I was pretty behind on my all change. They offered me a couple of options and did not push them on me but was completely understanding that I wanted to wait since I was so behind. I had to take a business call and explained to Chris. That I helped run a local moving company.Chris then gave me fleet options for my work vehicles. Chris and Wyatt did a grest job. I felt no pressure, left informed, and woukd definitely recommend them.

This is my 2nd time visiting a Strickland Brothers location, and the reason I came back was because of how well the service was the first time at their other location on 17th street. Will runs a well-run shop and had me in and out ASAP. He thoroughly checked all the liquids, including lights, and refilled what was needed, from coolant to washer fluid. They gave me a new air freshener, but to be honest, I still had my old one from a few weeks ago. I can't recommend this company enough
