I would have given this place 5 stars in the past but since the last time I had my car painted there, I have had problems. The hood of my car has a couple of spots where the paint has chipped off. I took my car to 5 other body shops to get an opinion as to what would cause this problem. They all told me the same thing - that the car was not prepped properly before the paint job and showed me where. When I brought my car back to Studio Auto Body and explained what other body shops told me, instead of trying to resolve the problem and remaining professional, Jack said that I should take my car to one of those other body shops and have them paint it. He clearly had an attitude and ego issue so that is what I have decided to do. I have used this place many years ago when Robert, the original owner was still there and also after he left. It's too bad that one incident like this ends what used to be a good business relationship.

I usually don't stray away from my usual auto body shop, but they recently closed and I had to find myself another shop. Luckily the guys at studio auto body shop were extremely knowledgeable and treated me as if I had been a life long customer, very attentitive and they work fast. I can't afford a lot of time being wasted considering I'm always on the go and they had my car ready in HALF the time everyone else quoted me with the upmost attention to quality and care. Trust me when I say this, these guys are legit.

My driver side window had started acting up. It really wouldn't go up anymore. I was lucky I didn't have it all the way down the night it pretty much died on me while I was driving home on the freeway. It went up enough to close when the door closes. I sent a few messages to businesses about the issue. All but two of them wanted me to bring in the car to better diagnose the issue. I did not like having to do that since it'll just drag on the time I have with a broken window mechanism (normally I do not mind taking the car in for better diagnosis, but no time when it's something that separates the interior and outside of the car and would be easy access for anyone if the window no longer went up). One was a mobile repairer. I did not feel comfortable with that one. But, Gary, owner of this fine body shop, was the only one to tell me the out the door price. It's like he knew what the issue was before even having to remove the door panel and was the lowest, fairest price. And the part that he quoted me for was what the issue was. The metal wires on the window regulator were really shot to hell. He saved me money on the repair and the car rental I had (originally rented for a full three days). The repair was done in a day -- was ready the next day, so I was refunded the unused days from Enterprise and I have a window that goes up and down like it was brand new! I definitely would recommend Gary's shop to anyone who asks me for body shop recommendation!

I got rear ended on my Maserati and a friend referred me to this body shop, the facility was super legit and much cleaner and advanced than your average body shop. The waiting room was amazing and the entire place was very high end. They did an amazing and fast Body Repair on my car. I would never take any of my cars anywhere else.

This auto body shop provided me with amazing customer service. The owner and workers were very helpful with the entire insurance process and made everything fast and easy for me. They finished a job in 1 week when other auto body shops in Glendale were telling me they need 2-3 weeks to complete. The location of the body shop is near western and victory so it is close to Burbank which is perfect for me. I highly recommend them for the best auto body repair in Glendale. The waiting room is extremely sanitary, nice looking & comfortable too. Thank you guys for the excellent auto body services!
