Do not buy a vehicle from them! They have great customer service! My process was so easy. But here I am a month later with all of my money sunk into buying this vehicle and it has a blown transmission. Paid for an extended warranty that I’m still responsible for basically paying for everything. Oh and to add the warranty company wants to put used parts in my car! So no take your business else where! Nothing but a screw over at this point!

TLDR: SunCoast Auto Outlet Sold A Lemon & Refused Proper Repairs Do NOT buy from SunCoast Auto Outlet. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze on June 27, 2025, and it was a lemon from the start. Within 6 miles of leaving the lot, the brakes failed. Despite two "repairs" by the dealership, the car broke down three times in two weeks. They did temporary fixes, forced me to remove a negative review, provided combative communication, and sold me a worthless warranty. I'm now filing complaints with the Florida Attorney General, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. This dealership is a nightmare. I purchased a used 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from SunCoast Auto Outlet on June 27, 2025. Within 6 miles of leaving the lot, the vehicle began shaking violently under braking. A licensed repair shop identified multiple safety issues, including warped rotors, worn pads, a leaking brake line, and a seizing caliper. On June 27, the same day I purchased the vehicle, I contacted the dealership to report the safety concerns. I was told to return the vehicle for inspection, and they performed a same-day repair. The dealership stated they flushed the brake fluid and greased the caliper pins — a temporary fix they claimed “might last 6 months.” Within 48 hours, the same issues returned. Braking again caused severe heat buildup, which led to the brakes seizing and the engine overheating, resulting in a second breakdown. After being told I would need to remove my negative review before any repairs would be made, I temporarily removed the review. On July 3, the vehicle was returned to SunCoast Auto for a second time. I requested a written repair plan but did not receive one. Communication during this time was inconsistent and combative. After pressure from family, the dealership agreed to perform repairs and stated they replaced the ABS pump, brake hoses, brake pads, rotors, brake fluid, and radiator hose. They claimed the original calipers were reused, despite previously stating they would be replaced. I picked up the vehicle on July 9, 2025. Less than 24 hours later — on July 10 — the car broke down for a third time, requiring another tow. In total, the vehicle has now broken down three times within two weeks of purchase. Two rounds of “repairs” by the dealership have failed to address the root issues. Additionally, the dealership sold a $1,000+ third-party warranty during the second repair visit that appears to be invalid for preexisting conditions and contains an incorrect vehicle purchase date (July 9) — contradicting my actual purchase on June 27. I am currently exploring formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission, and I have retained all documentation, signed agreements, and recorded communications. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution when considering a purchase from this dealership.

Found this car lot online to be honest was not expecting much I did read some of the reviews and was like ehhh I did the application found two cars I liked and got the one I loved Best buying experience ever My only thing is make sure before you drive it check to make sure you have a lug nut key one of my tires went flat the tire light was on when I bought it thought because it was cold nope tire went flat and no lug nut key have not been able to drive it in the week I have had it but not there fault totally my own for not checking to make sure everything was there I was just so excited I got approved for the car they did everything to make the deal happen and I do love the car

UPDATE: The response is actually so ridiculous... maybe because it's not under my name?! Also, the car yall sold my grandmother broke down completely. Thank you for wasting our time and money. This is the most unprofessional and awful place. Sold us a cheapo car even though we could afford the more decent ones... the car we got ran hot as soon as we left the lot we turn around and take it back to them and they had to keep it overnight. The next day it's ready to be picked up and the lady that was working the front ignored us for a few minutes and then decided to greet us. The mechanic takes the car through a toll road and we had to pay for that fee because we don't have sun pass or whatever it's called. Recently the coolant started to leak like crazy and some of the lights went out and we take it back to the mechanic and they wanted $200.. why do we have to pay if we have a 1 year warranty? Doesn't seem like it covers crap if we have to pay for one little light bulb. And the light wasn't even fixed!!! We take it out the next day and it was broken??! Supposed to be a brand new light and we paid 20 bucks for a broken light. Horrible experience, poorly trained staff, and the mechanic doesn't seem to know what he's doing 😕 definitely don't recommend this place.

I had a bad experience at this place. I took my car there twice for repairs, and they kept telling me it was fixed. I paid them, but when I picked it up a few days later, it was still broken and smoking. I called to find out why they hadn't fixed it, but they wouldn't answer. So I decided to take my car somewhere else, and they fixed the problem. This place not good; I lost money, and I've decided not to go back.

After 4 weeks of looking at overpriced junk cars for my daughter & 4yr grandson. We found Charity @ Suncoast Auto Outlet. Amazing! Honest. Great Car selection. Fair prices. Friendly professional atmosphere. They have a 2 page inspection sheet for each car & fix what they find. I cant say enough. I totally feel secure in saying that we made the right decision. My daughter LOVES the car. Paperwork was fast & easy. I totally recomend Suncoast Auto outlets. UPDATE: 11/13/25 In 4 months we have put an estimated $2500+ in repairs to the car. About $2000 in rentals. We paid $4900 for the car. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The 2015 Dodge Dart we got for my daughter has been a complete money pit!

Nothing but the best of service here. Bought a 2015 Mazda3 sport and the owner Charity gave me a pretty darn good deal!! The car is in phenomenal condition for being used, only has 96k on it, and runs MUCH BETTER than I expected. It’s got some kick to it and even came with a one year warranty and gap coverage, which is important especially in FL where accidents are higher than average. In the original photos on their website, the car was missing its rear passenger reflector, which I was worried about. When I saw the car in person, however, the reflector had been replaced, almost like it never even fell off! About charity, because this is really why I even bothered doing the review… She is the owner of the place, 8 years! Any question I had, she had a straightforward, no fuss answer. We sat with her for about 2 hours, she explained everything about the car and the prices with it, simplified complex answers to complex questions and we even rambled about stuff not even related to the car while waiting for the insurance quotes and numbers to be crunched. All in all, she was super friendly, professional, and really knows what she’s doing, especially when it came to getting a deal. Charity KNOWS what she’s doing, and she’s damn good at it. The building itself is very clean, both inside and out, and they have a LARGE service center, where they diagnose each car that comes in and fixes them as needed, and the staff really just gets along with one another. Definitely positive vibes inside. Definitely know your expectations, know what you’re looking for, do your research, and you should be smooth sailing out of their lot with a good vehicle! The one year warranty will help too because if something blows or goes bad, they’ll replace it with little to no charge to YOU.

Waste of time. Went in to see a car after talking to charity. I walked in the front door and was told to wait outside until charity got back. Went to look at the car i called about, only to find out it was trash. Charity said the car was in excellent condition, that was a lie. 4 different off brand tires, when it started its sounded like the motor was about to jump out of the hood, stealing wheel was super loose on the test drive, touch screen for the car didnt work and is smelled of piss and vomit inside. Charity said they fixed all the issues. If that's tbe case then you need a new mechanic. Looked at a few other cars, same thing, all trash
