Did the job but left glass behind. That fine glass that gives you a splinter like feeling. Also didnt clean the glass so there was smudges everywhere inside and outside

I had my windshield replaced, they were a professional, courteous and the job was completed on time and I was very happy, then 3 weeks later after the 1st rain I found that something stuck on the windshield wiper had scratched the new glass when I went back to ask if it could be polished out and asked if it could have been related to them installing the windshield, the owner said he didn't think so but then to my surprise he said bring back and we'll replace it no charge, that was far above and beyond anything I expected so 5 ⭐️ doesn't begin to express how I feel about my experience at SUNLITE Auto Glass Salinas

I called Steve here and honestly so sweet as well as his employees being kind . My windshield needed a small repair otherwise if I didn’t fix it I’m sure it would have gotten worse . very quick and efficient. Its been a month since they replaced my windshield and so far its holding up great. The day I called them (on a Saturday) they were very helpful and were able to get my car in a couple hours earlier then expected. They finished within 30 minutes and it looked just like the one i had on before. It has rained and ive put it through the car wash twice and its perfect.

They did a great job replacing the windshield of my car, they didn't have it on their warehouse and managed to get it the next day. It took only an hour to replace it compeltely, and they also repaired the co-pilot front window at no cost. Excellent attitude, good prices and a very good service. I am very satisfied with their work.

My driver door glass shattered and it was during lots of rain that day and forecasted to keep raining. I drive to provide services.. Called all local shops and all said not able to do until next day or so. When I called Sunlite, Alysa got on it and took the time to see if they have one in stock which they did and they can install it as soon as I arrive. I didn’t need to wait long as they did the job and as I did wait, Alysa has awesome hospitality! Steve and Chris got on it and also repaired the regulator to roll the window up and down as that was what caused the window to shatter. The crew at this place demonstrates a true Genuine Passion for Customer Service and the prices are fair to the fact they sell you “oates before it goes through the horse” and it’s not a place that sells Oates after it’s gone through the horse.

Fantastic work and customer care. Needed windshield replacement + recalibration. Eliza kept me informed on OEM order and insurance claim. The day of installation, they let me work from their comfy break room while waiting in the shop. A few days later, recalibration works perfectly.
