My family always takes our vehicles there for repair. Chris the owner, is a good guy and will not treat you unfair and be honest. NOT LIKE A "$30&30MIN OIL CHANGE CHAIN" If you are having issues with your transportation this is definitely a spot to go to.

needed a repair shop to have my daughter's car towed when it broke down. I live in another part of the state and had to manage this repair over the phone. I don't know the name of the guy I talked to, but he was really nice over the phone. He was able to fix my daughter's car (lucky for me it was a pretty simple fix), and I appreciated his honesty and quick reapir. He called me after business hours to let me know the car was ready. I will use this shop again the next time her car breaks down.

This is a great hometown garage. I have developed a good working relationship with the owner and have always been treated very fairly. Chris is always honest with me about what needs to be fixed and doesn't push repairs that aren't necessary. This is the only garage I have worked with that is more interested in gaining customers than profit. One chain told me that I would need an alignment after a repair. Chris did the repair for half the price and then said that if you are careful before removing the wheel you can put it back on without an alignment. That's just one example.

I brought my car to them for a repair. They called me the next day and they told me what the issue was. I appreciate that they were honest in telling me that they could not fix it. They did not charge me to diagnose my car issue. They were also patient with me. I had to get a tow truck to come pick my car up and they allowed it to stay there for a few days. It was nice that they did not rush me even though my car was taking up space.

These guys are the best... I took my truck to them with what I thought was a starter issue. It turns out that there was an issue with a button below my clutch pedal that was causing the starter to not engage (I drive an older manual truck and apparently was an anti theft item. The button had broken off). Chris and his crew replaced the button that helped engage the starter. My truck is starting up fine again and I didn't need to replace the starter like I thought I would. Some mechanics will replace items that don't need replacing and charge you for parts and labor. Not Sunnybrook, these guys are honest and fairly priced. I highly recommend you go here for any car/truck problems.

I took my Dodge Durango to Sunnybrook Garage after being told at another local garage that my brakes were "severely worn" and needed replacement immediately. I learned of Sunnybrook through my work and asked him about doing my brakes. He quoted me an amazing price, and I dropped it off, expecting to get new rotors and pads. I was shocked when Chris called to let me know my brakes had plenty of life left and confidently told me there's no concerns. Sunnybrook garage proved themselves extremely trustworthy, and I'm amazed at the honesty displayed! I will be going to Sunnybrook Garage for all my vehicle needs!

My wife and I just moved to Roanoke from Clearwater Fl, needed 2 cars inspected and an oil change. I cannot say enough about Sunnybrook! You see all the great reviews and they are warranted. Coming from Florida, I don't have many good experiences with most mechanics there. I came to Roanoke from Pennsylvania to visit my parents and on the way realized my car heater/ac wasn’t working. I called them based on good online reviews. I’m so glad I did, they got my heater back up and running. The manager, Chris went above and beyond to find a part that was needed and got me all fixed up because he knew I needed to go back to PA.
