Luis is the guy to go to for ALL your tinting needs!! He is very thorough and explains everything you'll need or want to know. He also uses high quality materials and equipment to get the job done right. The prices are great too! Will you find higher prices at other places? Absolutely! Will you find cheaper prices? Maybe. Scheduled an appointment, took my vehicle to get window tinted, after an hour waiting was called and told the machine broke and that he should receive the part to repair the machine within 24 hrs and that he would be able to complete service the day after with an offered 20$ discount. Have attempted several times to contact just to get my windows done even at original price and receive no answer. Very unprofessional.

I’m leaving this review strictly because of the customer service, not the actual window tinting work. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no handshake, no acknowledgment that made me feel welcome as a customer. It felt very cold and unprofessional. While I was waiting, I was told there was a café nearby—but no consideration was given to the area itself, which is sketchy and not very safe. There were a lot of homeless people around and individuals who didn’t seem to be up to any good. What really bothered me is that there was a chair available in the garage, yet no offer was made for me to sit and wait there. Instead, I was basically pushed to walk the streets in an uncomfortable and potentially risky environment. That lack of awareness and care is concerning. Imagine if this were a woman, or someone with kids, being told to walk around that area alone. It’s an unnecessary risk that could be completely avoided with something as simple as offering a chair or a safe place to wait. I genuinely hope the person improves their customer service because small gestures—like greeting customers properly and considering their safety—make a huge difference. Customer service matters just as much as the work itself.
