This place is AMAZING! I have had issues with my vehicle for the past 2 years along with bewildered mechanics that couldn't help me. When I realized that I would be in Anchorage for a day I knew I wanted to see if a big city shop would be able to help me and I was having anxiety at picking which one to go to. The reviews on here really spoke to me so I went with Superior Automotive. I called and spoke with Elliot and even with such short notice and a tight schedule he was able to not only get me in but fix the issue immediately! Turns out my U-Joints were toast and had a 90% probability of them breaking on me whilst driving back home from the looks of them! (Yes! They kindly showed me what the issue was and explained to me why it was a problem) Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff! Not only that, but it was much more cost efficient than I had been fearing. While waiting for my vehicle I noticed a few auto part couriers appear and deliver goods needed to Elliot and he was extremely personable, polite and kind with them and with everyone else who showed up at his place of business as well. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and I cannot recommend them enough either! If you choose Elliot and his superb team at Superior Automotive you will be in the very best hands!

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Best service, honest as the day is long, friendly, knowledgeable, and accuracy in every visit. FOLLOW-UP: I was pretty bummed when Butch told me he was selling the business - I honestly wondered if the place would survive without him! Then, Elliot took over. If I wasn't on board with Superior Automotive before (which I totally was) I certainly am now! In fact, Elliot is starting to rival Butch in my opinion! Customer service, quality, honesty, a very small-town feel - it's all present in every transaction at Superior. I recommend this place to everyone I know because there is no auto shop in town that is like it or even comes close. Back are the days when you can truly trust your mechanic! A++++++++++++++

This is officially my go to place. They don't try to confuse you they explain and don't overcharge. They are extremely affordable even on a budget. I can not say enough good things about Elliott and his crew! We have gone to so many different auto shops around town just trying to find one that is a honest, reliable and straight shooter. Elliott has always told us like it is and advised us in our auto care and repairs. We go here monthly for upkeep and oil changes and have never been disappointed by the services we have received. Elliot was extremely helpful and very detail oriented. He explained the process and even suggested a few things before officially coming in to get my alternator replaced. I'm not usually doing reviews but these guys earned it today. Definitely my type of people, and I'm glad I found them. Like to do my own stuff but after arm surgery I need help on certain things. First time customer, and I nended someone up here I was comfortable with - very glad I found them. They replaced a fuel line on my 08 Yukon and it's great to leave feeling confident in what was done. In/out, they nailed it. They even stayed open a little later so I could pick it up. I can't say enough good about how smooth everything went...Good guys for sure, thanks again!

I came here as I needed a new ball mounted on a new hitch. Not only did they help me with it, they got Max, as in Max Awesomeness, to get it mounted in under 5 minutes, they didn't charge me either. I even offered $40 cash or to buy them lunch and was politely declined. True to their name, they are Superior Automotive Service.

Every time I bring in my f-150, they get it in and fixed quickly and charge me a very fair price. Brought it in after my charging system and power steering went out even without scheduling an appointment, figuring it'd take a couple weeks to get to. They called me 4 hours later, they had already ordered the part and got my truck repaired by the end of the day. Would recommend to anyone.
