I am waiting to talk with Victor , and can't say at this point and time good or bad . It is the weekend and Memorial day is at hand . The website says that he has years of experience and book knowledge of Vehicles . So I will wait until I chat with him before I leave a better rating or post . I never heard back from this guy , business so that should say enough for that.

He was prompt showing up. However, once he got here I felt as tho he wasn’t listening. With interest to fix the problem. Basically this guy came all the way over here just to diagnose my vehicles and tell me who to take them to in order to get fixed. A mechanic that sends u to another mechanic is suspect. I just got the feeling he charges 50 dollars to come out no matter what! Ok cool, if u fix cars too. But this guy probably just collects a lot of ppl 50 dollars.. without completing any work... don’t spend ur money here

My car wouldn’t start and Victor happened to be in the parking lot not too far away. I popped my hood and he came right over to see what the matter was. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing my car, free of charge. He checked multiple things and listened to everything I said. What an angel! He was there when I needed it most. He was able to diagnose the problem with my car by the end of our time together. Since my husband can work on cars too we’ll be going that route. But I wouldn’t hesitate to have Victor work on my car either. I would highly recommend him!

Victor was easy to get a hold of, he was nice from the moment he answered the phone, said when he was going to be at my house to take a look at the van/bus and figure out why it wouldn’t start, And that’s when he got there. If he had to go get a part or he had to take care of something he would always text me. He found out that it was the battery not the starter which saved me a lot of money. So I just went and got a battery and changed it myself. Seems to really know what he’s doing, and he found my problem immediately.

I laughed out loud when I saw him on the road a few weeks ago because I was shocked he was still in business. You know how some people start their own business because they don’t “want to work for anyone else” but they end up doing pretty much nothing? Or to keep their significant other off their back. That’s victor. Lazy and extremely uncommunicative. Always days late. I gave the guy a few chances years ago as a favor to a friend, but gave up on him after I had to text him 4 times to see if he was going to show up or not at the time HE chose. Literally told me he hurt his back. Then it was “too cold”. I was cool and didn’t give him a hard time and let him continue to reschedule, I had already taken my vehicle to another mechanic at this point but wanted to continue to waste his time as he had wasted mine. Also wanted to see how creative he would get with his excuses. I personally went out of my way to steer business from him to save people from having their time stolen from them by the most unreliable mechanic in Alaska. I will continue my efforts to save you nice people, you’re welcome.

Victor Mobile mechanic was called to replace my battery. They replaced the battery but did not screw down to terminal all of the way now my car won't start. Money down the drain! Now to call a different person to help me because I do not trust this mobile mechanic to do the job correct!
