This is my new permanent mechanic They are awesome. Had a broken shock brought it in gave me an honest estimate and got it done very fast and efficient. They let me know about other little things needing done and had estimate ready when I picked up my truck. I did not feel uncomfortable about being a woman bringing my vehicle here, which is always a BIG plus. Great Job Muldoon Auto.

Grateful I chose to use Muldoon Auto Repair. Paul was upfront on the process & time that would be needed to communicate with my warranty company and the timeline of getting parts and repairs complete. To my relief he prioritized what I needed repaired immediately and the work was done timely with no delays. 🙌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Gold Stars

Awesome bunch of guys. Been going to them since I bought my first truck at 14yrs old and I'm 23 now. Always been truthful and have owned up to the mistakes they've made when it happened (nobody is perfect) and didn't yank me around when it came to correcting those mistakes like some shops have. My entire family (3 generations) goes to Paul & Al down there and I don't plan on going anywhere else for my vehicle repairs & diagnostics. Keep up the good work guys! I'll be back soon I'm sure.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the work they have done to my vehicle. I always use to try and be cheap by buying my own parts and hiring someone from Craigslist to 'fix' my vehicle. Long story short - it ended up doing me a great disservice. Took my car here after doing some research and I wish I came here from the beginning. Not only did they fix my problem, but also went the extra mile of fixing other glaring issues which I hadn't prioritize. My car has never ran so smoothly. I am so happy! Can't recommend these folks enough.

My experience was a bit interesting. Brought my car into the shop, the mechanic stated they can get to it by the end of the week, so we brought it back the end of the week. Wanted to be courteous and gave a call before arriving, he then states he can’t get to the car until next week. I had expressed how frustrating his miscommunication has been delaying time and due to me doing so, he had told me forget the job and hung up. 5/5 for me ! 😂

My breaks went out and I’m no mechanic and am always nervous about taking it to shop as always ford over charges and choose to take it to Paul at Muldoon auto. He could have told me anything and I would have done it because my truck is my work. Just over a hundred dollars and I’m up and running. Honesty and Integrity is always what I look for and now I have a shop that defines those word. Thanks guys for quick and great work.

Great service. I started coming here in 2019, I get my tires changed over twice a year here as well as oil change once a year and occasional repairs. They always do a good job and their prices are reasonable.

Excellent work. I went to 3 different mechanics before I found these guys. No one else was able to figure out what was wrong with my truck. They were able to fix the issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

These guys are not only thorough, they legitimately care. The main issue was taken care of and they gave plenty advice on other issues affecting my old car

Was quoted $85 and charged 30% more for services that other auto shops ask permission prior to doing.…But yes, yes, I did need that cabin filter changed… I did have to go back for a weird noise when I turned on the heat and they found a remanent leaf. Staff was nice enough and location was convenient for me.

Went in there on Monday and got a tire repair. Took approximately 35-45 minutes, which is not bad because you do not want a half fast job done on your car. Once they were done with my tires, they went to show me the nail that was in my tires and told me that I went in at the perfect timing, before needing to buy a new tire. Thank goodness! Anyways, the service was fast and price is reasonable for their great quality work. Great customer service and a great team.

I too had an excellent experience taking my car to Muldoon Auto repair. Went to check on having some work done. They said If dropped it off they would get right on it. Got a call the next day. Work was completed. My car is running better than ever. I will use them for any other work in the future. Highly recommend.

The service manager Paul and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I took my car in this morning because my check engine light came on. It didn’t take too long before they called me with the results. I’m so happy with their speedy service. I will be returning within a few days to have my car repaired. Thank you very much to Paul and Muldoon Auto Repair.

Honest, fair, and fast. I was given a price quote from one shop, to change all 4 brakes and rotors they days I needed, for about 2k. I called up Muldoon Auto and they said it soups be only about 8-900. I dropped my car off in the morning, less than 6 hours later, I was surprised to see they charged me less than 400 after I requested all 4. They told me only the front needed changed. People always say it's hard to find honest auto repair shops. I'd say I found one with Muldoon Auto.

Needed an oil change and a new water pump for my dodge durango. They changed the water pump which was pricey but forgot to refill the coolant, which they call bleeding. The way we found out about the bleeding was I thought I had a coolant leak, but found out the mechanic forgot to refill the coolant and cause my engine to overheat some. Then the oil change which they did and find out by another mechanic that they did not change the filter which was clogged. I don’t think I will ever go back there again. They got a good chunk of money for poor work.

They were great to work with both over the phone and in person. He explained everything out to me that needed done, and even brought me back to show me, which was super cool and educational for me! I also very much appreciate how I was treated going in alone as a women, its always a worry about being treated lesser or like an idiot to be taken advantage of, and that was most definitely not the case here! I will 100% be using them as my only and primary shop now!

These guys have been taking care of my Tacoma for over a decade. They refuse to take advantage of me. Recently I wanted some work done but rather than do a $600+ job for me, Paul explained why it was unnecessary. You can trust them. They have integrity. They are terrific. I hate to give them the 5-star rating they deserve because I don’t want others flooding over there and competing with me for their time.

I brought my car to Muldoon Auto to have a window motor replaced after my window got stuck down in winter. When I picked up my car, I noticed there was a hole in the plastic door panel that had been removed during the repair. This was not mentioned to me at pickup. I called Paul afterward, and he said he would look for a replacement panel. After two days, he told me he couldn’t find one but offered a partial refund. By the time I heard back, the window motor had already failed again and would only roll up intermittently. I informed Paul that the window was still not working, and when I brought the car back to be looked at, I was told they didn’t want to touch it again “considering the circumstances.” They refunded my money and told me to take the car elsewhere. I’m leaving two stars because I did at least receive a refund. However, I’m now left with the same broken window I originally brought in — plus a hole in my door panel that wasn’t there before.

My truck decided it wanted a rebuild at an accelerated pace 😂🤣😂🤣. Big things giving me trouble all in one year. She's been on a tow truck this year, for the first time ever (it's a 2012) a couple times 🙄. In March the transmission in my truck crapped out in Soldotna. I was quoted $7500 for repair down there. Muldoon auto quoted me $4500. I had my truck towed to them and still spent less than what I was quoted in Soldotna. Fast forward to now... my front end was popping. Got ahold of Muldoon Auto, they took a look and my Front Diferential needed replaced, as well as front brakes and calipers. They fixed it! I have my truck back! Paul is always a pleasure to speak with. Im sure all the mechanics there are fantastic, but Jimmy is the one that's been working on mine, both times, forever grateful! Will return (hopefully not too soon). 10/10 recommend Muldoon Auto to everyone. They shoot it straight and no BS. I've had experiences where I was treated like a "dumb" girl, shops trying to take advantage, Not at Muldoon Auto. I'm not dumb by any means and treated as though I know what I'm talking about. (As much as I can, while not being a mechanic). Thank you all!
