Great job! They worked me in a week early. Love the Katzkin leather; It feels like I’m driving a new truck again. Everyone there was polite and professional. All of my center console stuff was neatly placed in a box and left in the backseat for when I returned.

I took off one star because they quoted me one price over the phone, and then increased the price when I arrived with my car. Not a huge amount, but still annoying. Then I went back a week later because my brand new top leaked. They assured me it was a Ford issue but "fixed it" for another $20 on top of the price they already increased in the first place. I went back another week later and the top still leaks. For some reason they believe the seals they installed are not part of the top so they will not fix the leak or the ruined upholstery. I would've been better installing the roof myself if I wanted it to leak. Long story short, don't go here. My roof still leaks.

These guys are awesome! Not only did they do an amazing job, they worked through lunch in order to get my install completed the same day. I showed up around 10am to drop off my car and was told it would be done tomorrow. It's a hour drive one way so I wasn't excited about it. My wife and I took the day off to go biking into DC. They saw the "look of terror" in my eyes as I was thinking through logistics. I might add it is my birthday weekend so I really wanted my leather seats installed. They came back and said they would work late to get it done for me and the seats look AMAZING! 1,000,000 OUT OF 10! I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL FOR ANY FUTURE VEHICLES THAT I UPGRADE!

Got Katzkin leather interior installed on my 2019 Honda CRV through Sure-Fit. Was very pleased with the customer service when I dropped off my car, very down to earth and personable. They gave me adequate heads up when it was about done so that I could make the hour and a half drive back down to pick it up. I was very impressed and excited by how well the interior looked. Even though it's a hike to get there for me, I will definitely use them again for any car installation needs.

My Mazda Miata was collecting a puddle of water behind the passenger seat every time it rained. The first time I was able to fix it on my own, but a few months later it started acting up again and the same attempted repair didn't work. I took it to two other mechanics. One of them estimated $450 and could not guarantee the fix. The other charged significantly less, said it was fixed, and the next time it rained, there was a new puddle. Dana at SureFit diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. He explained it in layman's terms and guaranteed a fix. He was great at communicating and making himself available for answering any questions. The dropoff-pickup was absolutely fine. The job was done quickly. It has rained a couple of times since, and absolutely no water has gotten in the vehicle. The problem had a host of potential sources and Dana correctly diagnosed and fixed it. I was incredibly stressed about this, since multiple mechanics could not figure out what the problem was. I am incredibly relieved, and can once again look forward to (occasional) rainy days. Thank you, Dana!! Highly recommend for anything related to convertible covers or drain tubes, etc. A+++++++!!!!

Overall they did ok on my headliner but it was a bit pricey. It was done in one day. There is one spot with a slight wrinkle. The passenger "A" pillar trim was not install correctly and the vent was cracked and I had to remove it and redo it. I did end up ordering a new one since I can't stand the thought of the cracked vent. One airbag screw cover/clip was broken which cost me another 14.00 bucks. In total with their labor and replacement parts I spent about 500.

I brought my 21yo 2001 BMW 740i for a full headliner restore. After 21years glue ages and liner will sag. The shop completed the job in one day (picked up next day). Very happy. Even being an older car, no clips on side / rear pieces were broken. Inside was completely cleaned. I would 100% return for more future work. And yes I chose black over the original beige color.

Very knowledgable people. My sunroof was leaking water and the Ford dealership couldn’t figure out what was causing the leak but these people managed to find it and fix it the same day. My audio system wasn’t working properly, I took it to many audio experts, but they never figured it out. This guy fixed it no problem.
