Once i did work on them they install the the right part on it, it was new part and show me the receipt , but after few day the part start througing oil all over , so i go there to discuss the issue the part was under warranty, he told me come and we will fix it they take out that part old part and install the old junk part , TJ is bad man don't go there .

I was in a jam and needed to get my NYS Inspection done that day. I called everywhere in Manhattan and had no luck. I called these guys and not only were they able to take me, they were super polite and friendly. I'd go back. I don't know 100%, because I only needed an inspection, but they say you can read a person in 7 seconds and in that little bit of time I spent with them they came across as honest folks. You can take that last comment as you will.

My parked car was involved in a pretty horrendous hit and run one night, the bumper, taillight, side panel were all in terrible shape. The Nissan dealership and auto shops were quoting prices outside of what I could afford. I’ve been to this shop before but moved to Long Island and it had been awhile since I’d been back. Even though I hadn’t been there for years they remembered me, and I’m pretty sure everybody working there has been there for a really long time. They worked with me within my budget and moreover they had my car to me the next day! I will definitely be back!

Don’t go here. Worst mechanic place ever. Don’t have timing sense and will tell you something and do something else. They hang me over for 3 days for a job they told me will be done in couple of hours. I had to skip 3 days work for them. At the end they didn’t finish the job and told me it’s done wanted them to pay. I told them to finished whatever we spoke about but they refused. If you want to save time and money please avoid.

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN HONEST EXPERIENCE. Mechanics are friendly but the owner is a crook. Super shady business. Another guy is here working on his computer for 2 days because they didn't do what he paid for on his car. I came in for a simple inspection but it turned into a 2 visit expensive ordeal. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. 6-22-2020 After reading the response from the owner you should realize what crooks they are. First and foremost -- I don't own a mini cooper. So how do you remember me? Second my SMART car actually passed the inspection and they tried to pull a fast one with the paperwork in order to secure further business which was unnecessary. NICE TRY!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CAR!!!

This tow truck company is the worst company do not use them. The driver wanted to hook my SUV up to a regular tow truck. Even though he had a dolly available, he had to be forced to use it. The driver dropped my car off in the unsafe area with my windows open and my vehicle unlocked when calling the tow truck company, the dispatcher contacted the driver, the driver LIED

ARTURO you are the best! For everyone reading this, he’s the only man out of 20 garages I visited that understood the problem with my Hybrids ABS system. A common problem for my cars year and model. Arturo is like a walking encyclopedia of everything electric cars which is NOT easy to accomplish except through years and years of experience. He saved me over $1400 and fixed an extremely complicated issue with my car. He showed me and my dad nothing but pure ethics and morals. Even if something was hard to hear he was be brutally honest. He truly showed the characteristics no one within 5 mile radius who’s a mechanic has shown. That is ultimately the biggest fear in big repairs like my car. A trustworthy mechanic that plays no games or is sneaky. Thank you so much Arturo
