I had a great experience with Christian at T.L.S! My friend was in a bind when her car suddenly broke down on us, and she couldn’t get it to a shop. Let me start by saying, I’m as far as you could possibly be from California. I’m in South Florida, and I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a super niche car. Chris answered at the crack of dawn, scheduled a time to go out, and poured over every inch of that car. Not a single ding or scratch was missed, and he gave me a lot of real valuable insight as to how the car was overall. You probably think I paid an arm and a leg for such a great experience. I pay less to take my wife to dinner sometimes. If I EVER need mechanical help in California again, I know who I’m calling.

I was out of town, 2 hours away for the weekend and my car started overheating and jerking when I accelerated. Nobody that was with me knew anything about cars. I called TLS Mobile Auto Service and I spoke to Christian. He came out the same day to diagnose it and turned out my radiator was cracked. We had to wait til the next day but I was able to order a radiator and he went and picked it up and came back!!! I was really nervous waiting on a stranger to come back like he said he would, but he did. He took the whole front of my car apart right there in the hotel parking lot and replaced the radiator and I was able to get back home. Being a single woman, away from home, broke down is scary but Christian made me feel comfortable. He saved me! Thank you Christian. I will definitely be recommending you in the future.

Christian did a great job at diagnosing my car and coming out when I was stranded from an overheated motor. The diagnostic prices was great ($120) and he has overall great prices in comparison to other mechanics in the area. I got a new second-hand motor from JDM motors as per his recommendations and he did a great job at installing it. The issue now is that 3 weeks later, my car was slightly overheating for any drive past 30 minutes. I had to consult with a different mechanic because Christian was busy, and I ended up having to get a new radiator installed.So it's not a full loss but not a full win.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Christian for a major service on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. I was significantly behind on maintenance, needing a full tune-up and coolant, power steering, brake, and transmission flushes. From start to finish, Christian was phenomenal. His efficiency made a complex job look like a cakewalk, but it was his honesty and expertise that truly set him apart. During the inspection, he discovered oil on my spark plugs, indicating that the valve cover grommets were failing. Instead of just replacing the spark plugs, he took the time to explain the issue clearly. He showed me how addressing the root cause now would save me significant money in the long run, as new spark plugs would quickly fail again if the leak persisted. His straightforward reasoning made complete sense and gave me the confidence to have everything repaired correctly all at once. Christian is a top-notch mechanic who values educating his customers over upselling them. His work is exceptional, and his integrity is undeniable.
