I came in for an oil change, while I was there, they suggested that I get my cabin air filter replaced and I agreed to that, only to be told that they did not have an air filter available. They told me that I could go anywhere to get the air filter and that they would be more than happy to put it in for me. When I got the bill and looked at it after leaving, imagine my surprise when I saw that I was charged $34.99 for an air filter that I never received! I contacted the customer service department and was transferred to what I assume was the shop location, only to be on hold for over an HOUR without someone even bothering to check back with me. When I tried to call back I was advised that no one was answering at the shop and that she would take my information down and have someone call me back. I’m not holding my breath that anyone will actually return my call, nor do I have any intention of bringing my business back to this company anytime in the foreseeable future!!

I went on 9/10/25. I did wait for almost an hour in line. Of course I could’ve gone to a different location but I was already in line and it was next to the mall which was my next stop! But despite waiting, service was great. I believe the main Techs were Brandon and Joe? Horrible with names lol. But they got me out within 15-20 mins, very kind and helpful. This is a reminder to people that even though there is a long wait, to be kind to those servicing you as sometimes it is out of their control. Patience is key, and the service you will receive is worth it. I do wish the company itself would expand this location! They need more bays, staff, and more room for cars to pull into bays. But the staff is very helpful and guides you into the spots. I will be back for my next oil change!

This particular location and the 2 service workers were beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy I chose this specific place. As a woman it’s always difficult to navigate “automotive stuff” without feeling mislead or taken advantage of. They were both clear, concise and truthful. I was still shy about 1000 miles and they old me open and honest. This is my new go to in Corpus. They even said to bring my new windshield wipers by and they would put them on. Very satisfied and grateful.

I asked for a certain oil change & the guy comes & tells me the total was $74.99. I said," I asked for the 49.99,why is it $74.?" He walks away,comes back & says," that will be 65.55." I don't want to deal with him so I give him my debit card & I show him my $25 off coupon, he takes everything, come back & tells me, my total is 44.??" Then the manager comes & asked if there was a problem, I say yes & explain everything & he says that my truck required 1 extra quart of oil & they charge for that, I say it still don't add up. This idiot just stands there looking at me. At this point, I'm just too heated to deal with them so I leave....then I realized that they didn't reset my oil change thing in my truck. It's safe to say,I won't be going back.

I went by yesterday to get an oil change done. The workers were nice but it took way longer than 10 minutes advertised. The next morning on my way to the Valley, I hear a flapping noise only to find out that they did not secure the splash guard. I went by the location in Pharr and the gentleman there helped me get it secured. FYI-I waited over an 1hr on the phone to get through to customer service and never got through to anyone.
