Great service again. In addition to the oil change the tech recommended a coolant exchange which was needed for my suv. The tech's explanation was the deciding factor. I still recommend Take 5 for an oil change because of the convenience, reasonable prices, and the great service .

They did an oil change on my truck and I immediately started hearing my truck as soon as I left; my truck never made no noise. Now my truck is broken down!!! NEVER HAD NO PROBLEMS! What did they do to my truck. It took them an hour to just reset it. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. I’m calling them no answer!!!!! Please don’t GO TO TAKE 5

My first visit was yesterday and they made me feel very welcome. I was greeted in the parking lot and was given a bottle of water. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable and they told me about filters that I needed to have changed. This WAS my go to Take5 until I was literally called a liar. I came one day before a roadtrip to see if anything needed to be done or "topped off", well during this visit two gentlemen said my coolant was over filled... which is weird because the previous visit I did a "coolant exchange" with this same Take5, so I say ok... and they take some out. Well on my next visit for oil change the manager says my coolant is low... I'm like oh... well I do not mess with that, it must've been the guys from my check up. He checks the computer and says no... not us, it's not in the notes. So I kindly recant the serious of events that took place and he still doesn't believe me. Sir, I have no reason to lie about a removal of coolant lol. If they didn't properly add notes to your system that doesn't have anything to do with me. The manager did top off the coolant but the consistent "it wasn't" them was irritating. I'm not saying customers are always right... but in this instance, I was!

I enjoy going to this place. I was in and out in a relatively short time. I got an oil change, and coolant flush. EC greeted me with a bottle of water, and got me into the garage pronto. (10/10) Ethan was my technician and he walked me through the whole process keeping me informed, and helping me to make decisions about services based on my car's history. (10/10) Ive been to this specific location twice and both times I was very satisfied with the service provided. I'll definitely be going back to this location in the future. Thanks guys!

Went to this place 10 min before closing on 1/8/2026, they got me in and out. An Assistant manager ( I think his name was Robert, dont quote me) and a young lady named Niya helped me. They changed all filters and gave an oil change in under 20 mins. He educated me properly on all parts of my car and what may need work in the future and offered to put air in my tires. Great service and I’ll DEFINITELY return!!

My first stay in your car oil change experience. The shop manager during my visit was Derrick, he was welcoming and attentive. I appreciate the refreshing Kool aid drink during the wait. All the associates were kind and respectful. They have a great system to keep the rotation going. I will admit, the service was more expensive than expected, but I think it was worth it and I plan to return.

Ethan Was my service provider at this location and did an excellent job offered me a bottle of water directly upon pull-up and was very professional and easy to talk to. He understood my needs and Delivered up to expectation. Kenny also provided Swift service and was very diligent about paying attention to detail. Best customer service I’ve had in years getting my oil changed. I wouldn’t recommend any other location by far. They have set the bar.

I went in for a oil change, and was greeted with a bottle of water while I waited, once a bay was empty they lead me into the bay. I was greeted by a nice young lady who was very attentive, she recommended what she felt would be my best option in oil, and explained why the change in price, because she could explain the WHY I was able to make a more informed decision. I was alone recommended to get a coolent flush which wasn't in the budget, but because the young lady explained the WHY I needed it, I just paid for it. I spent 130.00 and that was discounted as much as I could get, it was helpful. But my car takes me everywhere I make money from my car so I didnt want any issues down the line. I would return for my next oil change.

THIS IS THE PLACE! THESE ARE THE GUYS! If you need something done fast, smooth, efficiently, and professionally, this is where you go. I recently had a great experience with Rob, E.C., and Kenny. They were extremely helpful in a situation I had and went above and beyond to make things right, even though the issue wasn’t their fault to begin with. Their management should be extremely proud of the team they have there. They are trustworthy, diligent, and take real initiative. They handled all the service-related issues we came in for and then some simply because it was the right thing to do, and that’s not something you always come across in business. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service, and you should too!
