I just wanted to say that Jester in the electronics department is AMAZING and I think the best target employee I’ve ever encountered. Not only did they stop me to ask if I needed anything, they got me checked out quickly and helped with price matching. They’re amazing! Edit!!! Bob that works at self check out is AMAZING! He is so sweet to every customer. He greets everyone and makes small conversation. He makes everyone feel welcome. I hope he is very appreciated at target because he’s wonderful!

I was in the Longmont, CO location yesterday. The store was clean, very organized. The employees were friendly and approachable. I found other vegan & gluten free items that I didn’t even know existed. There were enough registers opened plus the self check-out lanes. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you for helping me have a good purchase experience.

Today in one stop I was able to get some nice bathroom towels I needed, a greeting card, a few groceries I needed and a Starbucks gift card! Very productive trip! And happy with the quality of my new towels. Very comfortable shopping with extremely pleasant staff.

Terrible to their employees. Desperately needs to hire more staff but, by all indications, is only interested in keeping the absolute bare minimum on staff at any given time. There is generally only one actual register open, with that cashier being flooded with patrons. The employees are clearly exhausted and working incredibly hard despite this. It’s poorly stocked, also clearly due to the lack of staffing. Several nights when I have come here, I haven’t been able to find a single staff member other than one at a register and one trying to manage the entire self-checkout area. I used to enjoy coming to this store even just a year ago, but at this point I would rather go anywhere else, and will genuinely be going to Walmart for a better experience.

I used to be a frequent shopper here but over the past year, I’ve been racially profiled by the employees. I’ve had workers follow me, one assumed I was stealing and even told me security had been watching my every move through the security cameras, and I’ve had the self checkout cashiers who were older white ladies literally grab my card out of my hand and paid for MY GROCERIES for me and told me she was going to watch me pay next time to make sure I pay “correctly”. I used to work in retail and I totally get wanting to enforce security on your store, but the employees and management have targeted me 5 or 6 different times even when I’m not doing anything. If you’re colored or if you dress differently, be prepared to be followed and watched whenever you shop here. It’s ridiculous. Never coming back.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Dash for their outstanding kindness and incredible customer service. Every time we visit Target, whether for a quick checkout inside or a Drive Up order, Dash is always such a joy to interact with. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about making each experience a positive one. There was an issue with one of our drive up orders recently and Dash was, as always, so helpful in getting it solved. I just appreciate them so much! I hope they get a promotion… it’s people like this that should be in charge!

This is the worst target I’ve ever visited. I love target. There were very few customers in at 7pm, I soon learned why. There are minimum at best employees. I guessed what charging cords I needed, you can’t access your cell phone Wi-Fi in the store, and there was no employee in the tech section. Only about 70% of items in the tech section I needed remained in their inventory, the tag was there, but no items. There was one cashier, so I went to self checkout, it went badly because my items were locked in plastic boxes, they do this at high theft stores, another clue this place wasn’t my idea of a fun target. I put back some of my more expensive med pet and misc items on the way to the self checkout because I had a feeling the checkout would be glitchy, sure enough it was dreadful. I had to toss back one item because I noticed it wasn’t on my receipt, it was the item I’d entered the store for in the first place, went home without it. 130.00 spent and left what I needed behind. Surely they can’t survive like this. My total would’ve been around 250.00 if there had been stock and an actual cashier.

I have never been here before today, it's such an amazing layout and new inventory for me to check out。This is one of the most well taken care of and clean Targets . The employees are very helpful and friendly. The aisles are tidy and stocked, and the snack bar is always full and has great prices. The person who work here helped me find everything.i love here.

disappointed in one of the cashier workers me and my girlfriend were buying dippers for my sisters baby shower “we are younger” and i asked the cashier how his day was going and he told me “he was disappointed in humanity” and pointed at the diapers we were buying we didn’t say anything but disrespectful none the least.

Really disappointed lately with their product management surrounding grocery best by/expiration dates. Early February and every single Caesar dressing has seen it’s best by date passed by 4 months but still being offered on the shelf.

TERRIBLE customer service. Says they have a product in stock at their location, we go to pick up said product, and the employee tells us it isn't on the floor because they're running behind. And then they refuse to go grab us the item because it wrapped up and in the rafters in the back. Sounds like it was too much of a hassle for them. The next day I attempted to call and ask if they've got the product out on the floor yet, and I can't get a hold of ANYONE. Every single department DOESN'T PICK UP. I've literally been on the phone listening to nonstop ringing. Why have a phone if you NEVER pick it up? I will no longer be going to this garbage Target location. Two GIANT thumbs down. Get it together, guys.

Went trying to get a good shopping experience but failed! First spend like 5 minutes trying to find someone that work there to get me a earbuds. Fing a young girl and she said she cannot help but she can get someone to help and she walked away. I wait almost 10 mins and nobody showed up. Then a 3rd party att cel phone seller! Annoying and very harassing guy. We told him like 4 times we where not interested in any of whatever he was trying to sell and he keep asking us questions . I end up just leaving the store annoyed. Thanks att and target!

This Target used to be great for Pokémon cards. They had them behind guest services and limited to one per person so regular customers actually had a chance. Now they scrapped that setup and made it a scalper free-for-all. Disappointing.
