They were very thorough with their diagnostics, showing photos of each thing needing attention and explaining the problems. My car is rather old, so I opted out of some repairs and they didn't try to up sell me. It made a noise after I got it home and they were able to fix it quickly when I returned.

Great service, fair prices, and quality work! My clear coat was peeling badly on my hood and bumper so I brought in an aftermarket M Sport bumper and had team IK paint the hood and bumper and then install the new bumper. Also had them replace my brake fluid at the same time. The price quoted was what was charged, no surprises. The final result is amazing! Adrian was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. I will be going back for any future needs I may have. Before and after pictures attached.

I couldn’t be more impressed. It was the best overall Repair and Body Work experience I’ve ever had after an accident. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past where shops wouldn’t put on the parts that were paid for by the insurance so I’m very meticulous. I asked them if I could keep all my old body parts so I know that new parts are being put on they saved all the parts for me. I went through with a fine tooth comb and make sure that all the parts were ordered they had no problems with that and whatever else I needed to do to put me at ease they gave me the Freedom to do just to calm my nerves from the past experiences that I had and the work was phenomenal. I’ve never seen a Body Shop going to extent to go to OEM quality when I got there they’re measuring the frame from the ground at each point to make sure everything is perfectly level and that kind of feeling that you get after your Car has been in a wreck and you get it back from the shop and it looks good, but it just doesn’t feel the same. I definitely had that feeling after but it felt 10 times better than before I had to Accident. this has been the most phenomenal experience that I’ve ever had and it’s gonna be the only Body Shop I go to in the future as long as I’m in the area.

The hood of my 2010 RX350 had numerous pockmarked damage caused by small rock chips during highway driving over the years. In addition my front bumper guard needed to be replaced. Team IK Autoworks did an excellent job in prepping and painting over the damaged area seamlessly to match the rest of my vehicle. Team IK provided me with a 10yr guarantee on the work done and their pricing was very competitive with other body shops. Excellent customer service.

Adrian and his team are absolutely AMAZING!! He did an awesome job on repairing my car after an accident! He went above and beyond in getting them to fix EVERYTHING! Also called and kept me updated every step of the way! We worked together to get it all done! His work is AWESOME! My car looks brand new as evidenced by the photos below. He also fixed my door handle that was broken out if the kindness of his heart🙌🏻 i recommend this body shop 10 toes down!!
