I have an older truck which ive been trying to restore, added pretty much everything new to it. had to get the wheel align package. -1 star for the ridiculous price of the wheel alignment. -1 star for damaging a thread where my skid plate bolts on too. you guys should of known not to use an air rachet for those small bolts. I just got a bigger lift too. not taking it there again.

I’ve been to this shop multiple times. I found out they were charging me for the diagnostic test. They gave me a refund for one test and told me they would credit the rest. I needed a tune up. So I called to check on my credit. I talked to the owner Vincent and he related that he never told me that. He stated the best he can do is a coupon if I spend over 500 usd. I’ll receive 50 usd of my bill. I related to him that’s not what he told me. He then goes off on a rant. He repeated "respect my technician" during the rant. He then compare his business practice to a doctor practice. I related to him that in his line of work it’s common practice to waive the diagnostic test if you get the work done. He gets way out of line and tell me his taxes pay for my salary. Which is a very disrespectful statement to tell someone and had nothing to do with the situation. At that point I just end the rant with a have a good day. I believe that majority of their customers are from the community that they are located at. I’m not so losing me as a customer is ok because my experience most likely won’t reach that community. I warned everyone be careful because they would charge you for breathing the air in their shop if they could and then on top of that not keep their word.

My family of 4, plus my parents, were about to head home from Chicago to Indiana (3hr drive) when our vehicle’s alternator went out. We right away found Tecnicentro and they were able to fit us into they’re busy day within 20 minutes. They took care to diagnose everything that was wrong and were so friendly and sympathetic to our situation. Our problems were both mechanical and electrical, and they had the KNOWLEDGE and the EQUIPMENT to get the job done and do it well. We got there around 4:30, and even though their shop closed at 6pm, they stayed until the job was done, working after hours so that we could get home. Vicente and Yolanda were so very kind to my family whole family. They are honest and reliable people and we are very blessed to have found them. Nos trataron como paisano. Well, I'm going started a great story? I have a 2004 Lincoln LS I had a problem with the ECM I took it to a trusted mechanic. It took almost 3 months to find the problem. You will ask why it took you so long when you have someone you trust. more economical he charged me 750 very cheap for that job (remember how cheap is more expensive) well I met Mr. Vicente very kind and sure of himself he took my car to his workshop and after his diagnostic he found problems late Less than 3 days to have it ready right now my car runs buy well. I personally recommend TECNICENTRO AUTOMOTRIZ INC. I give him 5 stars for his work and sincerity Thank you VIcente and Tecnicentro Automotriz

They’re probably good mechanics but my first experience here was bad . I called asking how much to replace my engine mounts and they said they couldn’t give a price over there phone and had to make an appointment. I went and had to drop it off which was fine. They called me after a hour and said the engine mounts weren’t my problem and to diagnose it’ll be more money. I picked up my car and was charged 55$ for nothing, i wasn’t even told how much the repair would cost. They never told me in the first place that I’ll be getting charged for asking how much a repair would be , I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis just a simple estimate….

They did an incredible job on my 2001 Honda Accord at an extremely reasonable price. The service is completely awesome!! Vicente & Yolanda are bi-lingual so if you do not speak Spanish, no worries. Very honest & great work. If you go to a dealership on a regular basis take your car in, have him look over the car to truly find out what services you really need, & what it will cost you will see a huge difference in the price.
