I have a new post that I will add, as well. --------------------------------------------- I called at 7:30 a.m. because a headlight was out. By 9:17, my car was ready to go. I decided to upgrade to the Night Vision lights and Rob was very responsive to my request to replace both, even though only one had burned out. I chose KC Complete Auto on 23rd and Noland in Independence because my son and daughter-in-law spoke so highly of the quality of service. This was my fourth time to take my car in and I agree with them. Awesome service! __________________________________ Yesterday morning, I took my car in for an oil change. During the inspection it was noticed that there was a sizeable bump on the wall of one of my tires. Since that part of the tire could not be repaired, and I did not want to risk having a blowout at an inconvenient time, I decided to have the tire replaced. Rob and Brian made sure that a tire was available at a different location, had it delivered. I went back that afternoon and came home with a new tire, and peace of mind. I highly recommend KC Complete Auto & Tire. I feel valued as a customer, and am confident that I get the very best service every time I go back. ---------------------------------------------------------- As I was walking to my car after a luncheon, yesterday (6/10/25), a friend came over and asked if I knew that there was a nail sticking out of my passenger side rear tire. No, I did not! I headed for Telle Tire and Auto, which fortunately was on my way home. A quick check revealed that the nail was 3 -to 3 1/2 inches long. Since it was in the wall of the tire, it could not be repaired.Rob Thompson, the manager, went to their other store and returned with a tire for my car, had it installed, and got me on my way in less than two hours. The person behind the counter was friendly and concerned about my challenge, the manager made my problem his problem, and made it possible for me to drive home the same day. This is one more instance that makes me happy that I chose Telle Tire to take the best care of my car. I am impressed with the level of service, and with the way they try to take the stress out of trying situations. And, yes, I also take my car to them for regular maintenance. It is a pleasure to give a gowing review to this awesome company and to the people who work there! -------------------------------- 8/28/25 Tire light came on, so took my Mazda to Independence Telle Tire to see what was going on. Greg had me leave the car so that they could check it out. Turns out that there was a big nail in the wall on the back side of my tire. They replaced that tire and other tires that had issues I did not know about. They also found a couple of things that I had noticed symptoms of but did not know were important. They gave me options for resolving the issues and when I picked up my car the next day it was in great shape. I am also installing a dash cam to monitor activity around my car in case that nail was no accident I have had my car for 10 years and hope to drive it for many more. Greg and Harley made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this company.
