** Update*** After everything that had happened, Craig reached out to me to make things right. They fixed my heated seats, and also gave me a free detail on my car for all the mishaps. They gave me a loaner in the meantime, and send a driver out that actually helped me transfer and install all my car seats. Returned my car a day and a half later, again with a helpful driver. After all the problems they did go the extra mile to make it right. I wish i had good things to say at the moment, but sadly I do not. I got recall in the mail a few months ago about my car randomly starting on fire. I reached out to Tenvoorde to do the work since you need to use a Ford dealership and they are the closest. They picked my expedition up In the beginning of October to fix part of the recall. Upon returning my vehicle, my heated seats no longer worked and the lights on the buttons wouldn't even turn on anymore. Since they are doing wiring, I assumed maybe they unplugged it. I promptly called the next day to inform. My service tech was quite rude on the phone and i had to specifically ask for him to make a note in the computer to look at it the next time they take it for the rest of the recall. Fast forward to yesterday, December 11th, they rake my car at 8am, I have told them repeatedly i need my vehicle back by 4pm so i can go pick up my children from daycare, since they are all in car seats, which are in my vehicle. I also bring up the heated seats again. They seem to understand. I get a call around 2pm that they can not figure out my heated seats, i say that's fine, If you have to take it another day i get it, I just need the recall done at the moment and my car back in time to pick up my children. They again agree, so I'm fine. Around 3:40pm i call them to ask where my car is, they say they are just waiting on a driver, i again repeat i need my car in 20 minutes, he assures me it will be fine, so again I wait. 4:10 pm i call, he assures me they will be here any second now, so i hang up and wait. Around 4:20 they show up, I'm already late so im trying to hurry, and realize they delivered the wrong car. Not even the same color or anything. I'm 30 minutes out from Tenvoorde. I am beyond upset. The delivery lady is nice, but is no help. The sales tech calls me as im trying to figure out what happened, and informs me they still have my car at the dealership. Proceeds to tell me that I am going to have to ride back with them and pick up my vehicle. I arrive to the dealership around 5pm. Already an hour late for pickup, now i have to drive through St.cloud at primetime rush hour. Over two hours late for pickup, broken heated seats still, and not very good customer service. I dont even know where to go from here. I work in customer service, i know how things should be handled, and that was not the case. Please do better for others sake. Also please make it right with what has happened.

I have never had a better experience in purchasing a new vehicle. The entire staff is so customer friendly. You can tell they’re well trained. Our sales person, Dan Larsen, was incredible. My wife and I had a great experience at Tenvoorde Ford. Mike the service manager was able to take the hardship we were going through and make is better. We bought a car from another dealer down the road from Tenvoorde about three months prior to visiting Tenvoorde’s service department. The transmission went out 3,000 miles of owning the vehicle and the other dealer would not stand behind it, quite frankly hung up the phone with me and told me to kick rocks. We took the car over to Tenvoorde to get repaired. Mike gave us a loaner car to use because it was around Christmas and New Years time and we were experiencing a lot of snow storms. Mike informed us it will be a while and gave us a car to use while they could get our car fixed. After a costly repair, I will not be returning to the other dealer and I advise everyone to stay away from Eide Chrsyler in st cloud. I do however encourage everyone to visit Tenvoorde for all their vehicle needs. They have an experienced staff and are willing to help anyone who walks to those doors. My wife was very happy to have her car back and we will return to Tenvoorde for any vehicle needs we may require.

From the time I walked in the dealership the staff was so very accommodating & friendly. Sean in sales helped us through our buying my new truck seamlessly. He was very honest, informed , & extremely easy to work with. Mike in finance was great too he found the right financing for my budget with an awesome interest rate. I took my car to Tenvorde Ford in St. Cloud for an appointment to have an automatic start installed. At first, even though I had the appointment, they were going to have to keep it overnight or cancel and have me bring it in on another day. I didn't really want to do that. Anyway, they worked it out for me. I received a call from Matt, who said he knew how to do it and could do it for me. The automatic start was installed as promised on the same day and it now works beautifully.

Service center needs to look in the mirror. The good of my visit was Barry. He kept us updated and looked out for our best interest when it came to the repairs needed. Thank you Barry. The bad the service technician diagnosed the vehicle saying I need a new radio which was correct and also a new be w FCIM which was not correct because they they didn’t replace the fuse that was requested to be done. Over 150 dollars for the incorrect diagnosis. On top of all of it if I would have said yep go ahead and replace it they would have basically robbed me for 1000 dollars. Going to a different dealership in the future for service needs. New radio fixed the issue thanks for for getting it half right but that’s still failing.

Everyone was nice enough, no problem there. I had a remote start installed as an option by the dealer when I purchased the new truck . It wasn’t working now, so I brought the truck in to see what was wrong. After nearly $150 of diagnostics, I was told that I needed a new remote start for about $500. I was fine with that and told to drop off the truck again on an afternoon and it would be ready to pick up the next day at anytime. So, my wife dropped me off the next day at noon to pick the truck up. They told me that it wasn’t done, and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong at that point. I just said that it would have nice to have gotten a text or call so we wouldn’t have to wasted a trip into town. I didn’t get any sort of apology. Just any acknowledgment of accountability would have been fine with me. Then my truck was there a couple more days and I was told that it would be another $1100 to get the remote start fixed. I don’t quite understand how a remote start installed by the dealership 5 years ago would cost that much to replace. So it’s hard to give a 5 when my issue wasn’t really resolved.

Had the greatest car shopping experience with Calvin. We came out in the horrible cold weather and He was the only salesperson that even greeted us. Haven’t out of his way to show us several vehicles. We decided on an Expedition and Calvin made the closing seamless. Most people HATE car shopping because sales people are horrible pushy. This gentleman was the exact opposite, he helped determine what we wanted and we were very pleased with our purchase and his exemplary service.
