BOTTOM LINE --->VERY UNORGANIZED---->VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Was originally told one week service time, and three weeks late I got my car back. After week one they told me I could have their "Free" rental car. Excuse after excuse never received a rental car from them. When they gave me my car back the hood, and trunk were supposed to be brand new..... Hood and trunk both had scratches on it. Had to take my car to another shop and have the scratches taken out. BEWARE this place is unprofessional, and could care less if they get your business back.

They were great fixing my side mirror. Super communicative. It was hard to get a spot, but it's probably because they are in high demand. The price ended up being a little higher than the estimate, but when there was an electrical issue after they offered to get me a rental car and were very prodessional in dealing with the issue

Dented and scraped my car door. Went 3 other places that all wanted $2k to replace the door panel and blend it telling me that the metal is too deformed to do a repair on it. Bill quoted me less than half of that and was confident that he could do the metalwork. I picked it up today and the door looks pristine. I tried pushing up against the area as well and it appears to be solid. Either the other places were dishonest or Bill's shop is extraordinarily gifted... regardless, I'll be coming back to The Carriage Shop for any future body work.

I have been using Bill for years. He is great. Mostly a one man show and I can't believe what he pulls off for us time and time again. He has helped out my automotive mechanic shop more than I can express. He has also helped out a lot of our customers and from what I know everyone has been completely satisfied. I recommend him to all of our customers that have auto body or paint issues. That means a lot because I take my customer base very seriously.

First time and a great experience. I had parked over a high curb and when I pulled back it busted loose the bumper cover. It looked to me to be a straight forward job to remount and replace broken clips. And since this was a 13 year old car I was in no mood to have it "restored" to as new condition. I was shocked when I had it estimated that everyone wanted to replace and repaint a new cover for a lot of money. They insisted that there could be hidden damage (you could see there was not) and I was rethinking my options. I went online and saw that this shop had good reviews (less the always present bad one that you wonder what the real story was) and was close to home. I pulled in without an appointment, met one of the owners, had him look at it and he said it was not a big issue. He had me drop it off in the am the next day and it was fixed by noon. He apologized that it took a bit more than he had expected and charged me $75. Now 75 dollars won't buy anything on a car repair except maybe shop supplies so I was delighted. I intend to give them more of my business in the future and refer all my friends.

What i really like about Bill's shop is that he, and his staff people like Bud, lean towards "mending" rather than just automatically going for new parts like most body repair places do. They're there when i need them to look over the damage and help me figure out how to negotiate a really good repair at the lowest cost -- AND how to work with all the insurance paper work. Plus, no big long delays. I've been depending on Bill for 2 different cars now over the years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to find out what to do next. This last fix-it i just got looked really beautiful!

I took my 2002 van in after someone hit the mirror. Everyone else in town gave me estimates that were double what I expected. Even though the shop couldn’t replace the mirror—it’s no longer made—they found a way to fix it so it’s usable and looks much better. And the best part? They didn’t even charge me. What a pleasure to work with such kind, honest people!
