Mike was Great!!! My vehicle was at another collision shop for over a month waiting on parts. So I started calling around to other collision shops and found Mike and he went work expeditiously on my behalf looking for parts for my car and getting my car repaired in 2 weeks!!! Yes, I said 2 weeks! And he waived my deductible $$$$ I’m very pleased with the job and he had awesome customer service he kept me updated during every step of the process. I would definitely recommend Mike at The Collision Shop.

All I can say is that MIKE & CUSTOMER SERVICE is A1! I honestly went into this shop blind and as a first time customer with nothing but hesitation but the moment I stepped into the shop, I felt welcome and a sense of safe. The shop fixed my car faster than they said they would to perfection. I mean I was stressed and Mike made the situation less stressful. I don’t wish to be another customer of theirs but I will for sure be sending referrals their way. Thank you for a good experience.

Had my BMW X3 repaired after a collision during an unexpected hailstorm. The team handled everything with care and professionalism, treating my car as if it were their own. They kept me informed throughout, coordinated with insurance seamlessly, and ensured transparent communication. Even with delays, Alex and the team went above and beyond, delivering excellent service. They also provided a lifetime warranty on aftermarket parts and shared useful precautions for post-repair care. While I would have preferred OEM parts, I appreciate the quality of their work and dedication.

BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS! *details at the end! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I immediately felt 100% confident and comfortable leaving my car with them! Last minute quote and super quick repair. Plus, they have a sense of humor (which I LOVE)! My neighbor hit my car while backing out of his driveway and absolutely wrecked my front driver’s side door. We pulled up to the business shortly before close and got an immediate quote to get the door repaired/replaced. We were presented with an option to totally replace the door or to try to repair the door. It was less expensive to replace the door so we chose to do that. They ordered the door and it arrived within two days of us placing the deposit. We dropped the car off at 8AM and it was done by 1030AM. There’s no beating their prices either! Before we left my sister asked about some repairs on her car too! We will definitely be back.

I have gotten my car fixed here in the past. I recently I bought a new taillight for my car and I couldn't install it on my own.
