I have called Thomas twice for the same troublesome truck. The first time he sorted out a leaking differential for me and fixed it on the spot. The second time my check engine light threw a code and he sorted the code out. He was quick to return my calls, quick in sorting out my issues, and more fairly priced than I could have asked for someone who came to me, instead of me going to a shop. I will recommend his services to anyone, and will definitely call him again.

Thomas is prompt when answering calls and was able to fit in a house call appointment for me on short notice. My car had a hose pop and leak the coolant out, and he was able to spot the problem and fix it quickly, and even topped up the coolant, since it had all leaked out when a hose popped. Prices were reasonable and not that expensive, and didn't charge a full hour's work for the simple fix. Will definitely call again whenever I need some help.

Tom was very prompt and thorough. He was able to schedule a same day appointment, on a holiday no less, that was convenient for us. He came to my house did very thorough diagnostics and let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. He never tried to over sell me or charge me for things I didn’t need. Tom was very kind and helpful and I would recommend him to all my friends and family. If you are in need of a mechanic this man is the one you want. Plus his prices are by far more reasonable than any shop I have ever used. Hands down will be the only mechanic I will go to from now on.

Thomas definitely came to my rescue. My car battery died and my Subaru dealer is in Idaho...so, I called Thomas and he was at my house within the hour. Not only did he replace the battery, he checked out the working capacity of the alternator and it was good (not draining the battery). Very thorough and honest, I highly recommend Thomas and his capability to work on engines. He also tuned up and changed the oil in our snow blower. As far as cost, his prices are extremely reasonable. Thanks Thomas for all the help and good work!

I was repairing my vehicle at my home when I ran into an issue that I could not fix myself. I called Thomas and he made every effort to come to my home as soon as he could, he even called me to offer an appointment at an earlier time than I had scheduled for. He was understanding that I wanted to save money and attempt to repair my vehicle myself. He gave me a solution to my problem after seeing my vehicle, and did not charge me for his time, which was extremely kind of him. Thomas has been fixing my car the past 3 years. Several times he’s repaired my car for much less than I was quoted by another mechanic. I trust what he tells me about my car. His prices are reasonable and he guarantees his work. I’ve recommended Thomas to several people and they were all very happy with his work. I think Thomas is such an honest mechanic that even though I moved to Oregon last year, I wait until I am back in Spokane to have my car repaired because I don’t think I will find another mechanic that is as trustworthy or as good as Thomas in my area.

After listening to my brother-in-law, who has had Thomas work on his cars for years, I called Thomas and he agreed to come assess a car I had just purchased. We picked a date and time and he arrived promptly. He went about performing basic diagnostic tests, on the car in a efficient and professional manner. In far less time than I had estimated it would take, he explained to me what the most likely problem was, several options to fix them and a estimate of the cost to repair it. Exactly what I needed to know to help me decide whether to keep the car or not. I found Thomas to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will NOT hesitate to call him again or recommend him to family or friends!

Tom is fair and honest. I try to keep up on my own maintenance but when I get stumped on an issue Tom has always been able to resolve my troubles. My Jeep Wrangler was telling me it was running hot so I replaced some parts and no luck. Tom, with his experience and education was able to determine that the "New" temp sensor was not performing as it should. Long story short we learned that there was apparently a bad batch of sensors in stock so he went the extra mile and found and tested a used sensor and low and behold my well loved Jeep is performing just as it should!!!
