We stopped by to get a new muffler back in August 2023 I think and here we are 6 months later and my muffler is rattling because it's a piece of junk and now we've moved out of state. So disappointed because all of the reviews were so good for this place. They were kind and quick, but I guess too quick.

Super fast. Called about our truck and wanting it to be louder . He Fixed it 1 hour after our call , we then decided it wasn’t loud enough and he offered to work on it again and now we have that perfect sound we was looking for! Had an issue with my exhaust and was gonna wait till after we resolved the problem. Dennis and I were able to agree on a resolution to my problem. If you need any exhaust work consider Dennis and his team they are very fair and quick. If issues ever arise Dennis and his team will try and make things right. We all make mistakes but it's all in how you address the mistakes in which separate a great business from a shade tree shop and Dennis listened to my concerns and helped me out. Excellent work and great customer service at the muffler shop. Dennis has the cheapest diagnostic fees in the area. He came up with several solutions that were designed to save me money and didn’t try to upsell anything to me. I decided to replace everything from the catalytic converters to the exhaust tips and he offered several cheaper options during our initial talk. Him and another employee completed the job done faster than I expected. When the job was done he didn’t rush me out of the place, we talked for a little while after. Overall great experience. They came recommended by our diesel mechanic and this guy was able to get us in the same day, with little notice and immediately diagnosed the issue. We were told it would be around $175 ish to fix from other sources. Well, he got it resolved correctly for $40 out the door!
