In my opinion, this is the best garage in Erie. Very fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

They are super nice and took me in at the last minute for inspection. I also needed a weight sticker for it and they were able to take care of me with it being combined with Ross notary.

Took my vehicle in to have the serpentine belt put back on and waited for them to tell me they could not put the vehicle on the lift so they would not do the work. The belt could have been put back on by removing the tire and but they were not interested in doing the work because it was it would have been a little more work. Thought that was what we the consumer was paying for "Work" however in this day & age if it isn't easy then people don't want to do it. I wouldn't recommend this place as they appeared as if they wouldn't do anything extra if they came across an issue while working on your vehicle.

I highly recommend Tims, my company takes all of our vehicles to them for servicing and we have had no problems with them so thats now where my whole family takes our vehicles to get serviced. The employees are very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile. They tell you what actually needs replaced and what can wait, they are NOT a place that will look for things to charge you for and try to convince you that it needs replaced.

First they couldn't find what electrical problems were going on with my first car. Then I traded it in for a new car from this shop and they took forever to put the paperwork into the state so I was getting mail for two months about the first car. The car started leaking coolant and overheated within a month and ruined a part. Brought it back and they charged me full price for everything including towing, didn't fix my coolant leak, and wasted a half tank of my gas. A shop that doesn't help a customer that comes back is just wrong. Horrible experience. More like Tim Deschluca

My company has been taking its vehicles here now for the last 2 years and the people there are always friendly and helpful. The work gets done quickly and they stand by their work. It's been a great shop to deal with both for work and personal vehicles.

They have been servicing all our vehicles for years and we have never had any issues and they call before they do the repairs if they find something that needs taken care of and there pricing has always been more than fair. And all staff are always very pleasant.

Two days into a 10 day road trip, we had to pull over to investigate a horrifying grinding noise in the wheels of our car. At 4:30 on a Friday, we showed up at Tim's, trying to figure out what we would do if we couldn't make it 2 more hours to our reserved campsite. Tim told us how full he was, but when we explained the situation he so kindly offered to take a look at the car. 20 minutes later he came back with a rock that had kicked up into the gears and was causing all the noise. Tim SAVED us. What a great mechanic and a great guy. Thank you Tim!

Took my vehicle here and the abs light wasn't on. When I got it back it was. They said they broke a sensor but would charge around $400 to fix it. When I pointed out that they broke it and I wasn't gonna pay for them to fix their own mistake they just brushed it off and said I could leave. The work I had done on it totaled to a little over $1,000. You think they maybe would've cared a bit more about the customer.

I have been going to Delcua's for over a decade. My family and I have always received amazing, courteous service here and it is now the only place I trust. Tim personally calls to tell me of what needs done and always gives me options for ways to correct issues, giving me a full run down of pros and cons of the various options. I greatly appreciate the work he does and the care he gives his customers.

I’ve been taking my cars to Tim for over 30 years and I know nothing about cars. The primary reason I go to Deluca’s, is the trust I have for Tim and his guys. I’ve dealt with other major service stations around Erie, until I realized I was paying for services and parts that I didn’t really need. After asking friends and neighbors who they use, Deluca’s name came up a few times. I did a lot of research. I gave them a try and never looked back. I recently had an incident at a nationally known auto service business, down in Pittsburgh, where my son’s car wasn’t moving in drive. They said I needed a new transmission and gave me an estimate of between $3,500 and $4,500. I didn't feel the car was worth that much, so I paid the $100 diagnostic charge and had AAA tow the car to Deluca’s. They put a few quarts of transmission fluid in and it ran like a champ. I’ve also bought a used car from Tim and have sent many customers his way. I am more than 100% satisfied with the service provided to me by Tim Deluca’s Auto Service, over the years, and I give them my highest recommendation. Thank you for all you’ve done….

I have been taking our vehicles to Tim for 20 years. He is one of the most trustworthy, honest men I know. Tim and Kevin could not have treated us better over the years. This summer when my daughter had a car issue while out of town Tim was there to help any way he could. And was even was willing to go help her. When we finally got the car back home he got the car in right away and fixed it quickly. Over the years his prices have always been fair and repairs have been exceptional. I have also purchased a vehicle from him and have been very pleased with how he has treated us. I refer all my friends and co-workers to Tim and they have all been very pleased as well. Bill Lyle

I’ve been a customer of Tim DeLuca’s Auto Service for about 20 years, and I highly recommend them. I’ve generally worked with Tim, Kevin, and Gary, but everyone on Tim’s staff seems to be very good at what they do. I take vehicles to them for inspection and repair, and the work has always been outstanding. When they call to tell me what they’ve found, they list the options and make a recommendation, but leave the ultimate decision to me. They have never tried to sell me on a service that isn’t necessary, but will tell me when they feel that something should be fixed now, even if it passes inspection. Tim DeLuca’s is certainly one of the best auto repair shops in Erie.

Been taking my car there for years now. Ever since I bought my car there. They have always been straight forward, honest, and never tried to cheat me. I will be getting my inspection there this Monday. Update: Got my inspection done and repairs done in a very quick manner. Excellent service as always. Tim and his crew are super nice. If you need notary stuff done, just go to the left and they will get it done quickly and efficiently. When it comes for a new vehicle i am going there for sure.

Very impressed with this service! I got my yearly inspection here. I got phone calls throughout the day updating me of what needs done immediately and what should be checked in the future. The employee working on my vehicle was kind, honest, and very helpful. After a deep clean, my headlights look brand new and they even fixed the dent in my bumper without being asked! I will definitely be going back! Before and after photos posted.
