Service advisors are on point, only downfall is some the techs here are not the best in diagnostics or in the caring for your vehicle. Took 3 times to come in for the same problem and finally on the last time they might have gotten it right. During the repairs, the damaged a door pan and admitted up to that. They didn’t in fact fess up about the torn drivers seat. Upon further looking into it the plastic cowl was missing fasteners and was low on coolant. Both issues were brought to the management and the resolved them immediately. Took my car home, the next day a tear in the back seat was found. Mind you these are leather seats so it’s pretty tough stuff. With this issue they are treating me like I did the damage was told they have to review camera to see if the tech got into the back seat. My question is how did he not get into the back seat, if I have tools that he left back there? I’ve been really reasonable sense the week after 4th of July and the car being in and out of the shop every other week sense then, now to get treated like I did the damage is over the top and pretty inexcusable. You can see they are fresh cuts and it’s not like I want my car that I pay for to be in the shop even longer then it already has been. Mechanical items fail I get that, but workmanship or lack of is inexcusable, that’s a direct reflection on the shop and a display of production over quality.

Brought my F-150 in for planned service (part of the premium service plan that was purchased from dealer when I bought my truck) oil change, etc…. Technician stated that there is an oil leak that needs immediate attention, however he couldn’t give any information regarding type or location of this leak…, and I was told that I need to make an appointment for an assessment at a $200 cost. Outrageous! I’m so frustrated because this dealer replaced my engine under warranty approximately 1-1/2 years ago, and it has been only serviced by Tim Moran Hemet since. 1 year ago I was told the same thing: There was an oil leak near the main seal… after 2 days of cleaning and looking again it was stated that there was no leak after all. I’m am reluctant to bring my vehicle back, as I have lost confidence in this dealership.

On my last visit, they even ordered me an Uber home and back to pick up my vehicle, which made the whole process so convenient. To top it off, they washed my car too! I came to Tim Moran to get a passenger side mirror replaced and get a regular service. They were incredibly helpful and upfront about costs. Although it was more expensive than I was hoping for it to be, they made me feel comfortable that they were not trying to gouge me at all. The repairs were done well, and whenever I called for updated they were clear, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back here if I need to get any work done on my car.

I've been taking my car to this location for a couple of years now. There was nothing WRONG with my car, it was just due for maintenance. Going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist- no one WANTS to go, but we have no choice. Anthony Coulter helped me. I really appreciate how he walked me through everything my car was due for (as per the manufacturer) and didn't pressure me into purchasing or adding anything additional. Bad experience I waited more than 4 hours for an oil change. After 4 days post oil change my car is giving me signal that my engine oil is low. I called the service department to ask for help. The representative who assisted me her name is Faith she’s very helpful and bad customer service. She lacks empathy not even aknowledging my frustration and she'snot giving me favorable options.

The actual work on the car was fine but the uber never showed up so I had to hang out over 2 hours. Also when they put my car through the car wash my windshield wiper got bent out of shape. So now I have to wait until the replacement part arrives and then take my car back to be repaired. Very inconvenient for me.

I’ve heard so many bad things about this dealership but I like to find out myself if it’s bad. Since I’ve owned a Hyundai I’ve came here for my service needs and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My service rep has been nothing but great always making sure everything is on point. My mom in law just recently purchased her Tucson from this dealership and it was a great experience, I guess you can’t make everyone happy but that doesn’t mean the next customer has a bad experience.

First-they have someone greet you when you pull into the service department. Second- Mike is extremely helpful and thorough when my truck was in, they diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem within a couple days. AND made sure I was given a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Again excellent customer service! I recommend going to Tim Moran over any other ford dealership in this area.

Overall service was good as far as I can tell. Time will tell. I've been going to this dealer for service since purchasing my car, a few years now. This would be my first actual unpleasant experience. Nothing really horrible just lack of communication. First time I had to sit and wait 8hrs for my car. I would've thought the service Mgr. would have mentioned that it was going to be a while for the service I was getting. I would've split up the work if I was aware. Also didn't receive any email updates throughout the day as usual until I went to the front desk to see what the delay was!

Horrible inept service. Will never use them again and will never recommend them. Had my car for over 2 weeks when apparently it was done on day 3. I wasn’t offered a rental, I asked and was told I had to wait for approval. I called 3 times and not once got a call back. Rick the manager was no help at all. They promised to test drive it with me but he was at lunch when we went at 1 pm and he never showed up. They sent us home with a tire that was busted and then changed it after we told them there’s no way they did a drive test on it. Don’t trust them with your lives. They don’t do the job right b
