I have brought different cars here for many years and this the only place I will ever bring a car for any kind of work. I recently brought my car here because the engine seemed to be humming louder than usual. Tim, the son immediately noticed drops on the ground and pointed out what looked like a leak of some sort, then he drove it a single block and parked it. It took him less than 20 seconds to show me the power steering fluid had just begun to leak. This was not suprising to me because these guys have so many years of experience with cars. There prices are way lower than most anywhere else around and there service is friendly and super fast. This is the only place I will ever bring my cars. They're simply the BEST!

If you're one of those people who are worried about "trustworthy" mechanics, quality of workmanship, or accountability... Tim's is the place to go. I have been a loyal customer of my friends at Tim's since they opened as Merlin's back in the day and I can honestly say I don't take my car anywhere else for work. I have had all of my friends go there and even turned my father into a loyal customer. I have known Tim's family (family owned shop) for my whole entire life and I would trust them with kids (if I had any). Great work, professional, and their pricing reflects their workmanship. Great shop. Highly suggested.

This used to be a good place to take your vehicle. Now they expect you to drop your vehicle off and have to rent a car for days before they're even going to look at it. Completely refuse to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time

Tim's complete Auto is a family-owned-and-operated business that takes very good care of their customers. One can always count on a fair estimate with a full explanation of what(and even why)might be needed to get your vehicle back running in Tip-Top shape again. The work is quality, and they truly care about cars at this business. The guys that work on your car at Tim's are most certainly "car guys"-- and they always make sure that the fix is done properly and in good time. All at a reasonable price. You are never sold something you do not need when you go there.

Trustworthy auto repair shop. I get really nervous having to deal with auto repair places because you never know what they are going to charge for a repair (if they fix it in the first place). Tims Auto is not one of those places you have to worry about. It’s a family owned shop and they are amazing. Tim (the son) is knowledgeable and does his research if needed to make sure to get the job done. I believe, on my most recent repair, they have fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I have been here before and my previous trouble was fixed as well and issue has not come back. Awesome job Tim. Keep up the good work!

Tim's diagnosed and fixed my car, at a decent price. I had initially taken it somewhere else, where they had told me I'd be better off to get a different ride. Boy, AM I GLAD I WENT TO TIM'S! These guys know there stuff! They'll tell it to you straight, and tell you your options, if available, to save you some bucks. Isn't that what you're looking for, an honest auto repair joint that treats you right? You betcha! Give Tim's a call, see for yourself.

Terrible service and very dishonest. He kept my car for months, didn't even fix everything that was wrong with it, and then still charged me an obscene amount of money. This guy is a con artist. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible service! My car was there for weeks before it was diagnosed. Then it took several weeks for the repair. If they told me they were so busy they couldn’t get to it I would’ve brought it somewhere else! But I was stuck!

Had my car for 16 weeks for a water pump replacement, which only takes a few days. Didn’t even look at it for 12 weeks. Still tried to charge me $3,900. Argued with me when I tried to negotiate a price. Still charged me $2,900 after having my car for four months. Never contacted me, I had to call multiple times a week to get any kind of updates. Kept lying and said he would be getting to it every weekend. Never did. Said he would replace the breaks for me for free. Never did. Even charged me for an oil change I didn’t need. Place has really gone down hill since Tim Sr left.

Came in with a noise concern and it turned out to be just the tires, so grateful for the honesty. The mechanic took the time to drive with me and explain everything. When waiting, I overheard a mother and son thank him genuinely, thank him, so clearly I’m not the only one who felt taken care of. The shop itself was impressively clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Dishonest, unprofessional people here! Don't bother! Went there for brakes then 15 minutes later, I was told I have broken springs, bad rubber bushings, etc. The car was driving perfect except that the brake pads squeeler was squealing when I brake. The front desk people are also unfriendly. Makes you feel like you owe them something!

Overall I like Tim. He seems like a stand up fair guy: However, I did not like that I was charged $29.95 for scan codes labor charge!!! When Tim called to go over things and told me the total charges that fee was not mentioned or in the price! Are you kidding me?!?! I will not be returning to have any further work done here. On top of that they charge 3.5% service fee for using your card. That’s the cost of having a business people!. On top of the nickel dime charging… my car smells like a big old ashtray, I’m NOT a smoker!!!
