I moved to Long Beach in Nov 2021 and have been coming monthly or so since! I absolutely love coming here! Sometimes it takes long but it is only because they are doing the best job and are busy! Go have some food across the street at prospector if you get impatient. Lol. These guys always take great care of my black truck. Never had issues when I get my girl cleaned. My truck always looks new when I come here! Thank you!! Too bad I’m moving, wish I could take your crew w me. Haha.

Customer service was out of wack, arrived on a wed and was told the wait would be about an hour and a half, I did not mind the wait but then realized they were trying to turn me away. I came back the next day and luckily there was no wait, when asked for pricing the attendant made me get out of the car to check out the price board, he obviously didn't want to help me out and tell me, so once decided they got to work on my car. Car looks great 👍🏼. Other than the "you're kinda bothering us for coming by" attitude, my car was clean.

I’ve came here a handful of times bringing multiple cars, never had an issue. Today they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting however I’m waiting for 35 mins and a guy pulls up I see the “ boss “ talking to him for a while until he leaves and they move that car before me, it’s just a little annoying bcus I really like the people there minus the “boss”

Recently I went in to detail my car. I had a bunch of scratches (due to past express washes) and an ugly scratch on my bumper, as well some oxidation issues. The guy who helped me out said it would be best to wash the car first and then he can tell me what they can do to help and pricing. After washing, he suggested their $130 package plus buffering. He said he couldn't guarantee all scratches will be 100% gone but they'll so their best. I took the risk and I'm so happy I did! My bumper scratch was about 90% gone and all the other scratches were gone! My car feels so smooth and clean, it looks practically brand new. The total was $180 for a Chevy Cruze, but I think it was worth it. They were super nice and honest, and overall excellent job.

I took my brand new car (less than a month old) here for a first car wash, and there was many scratches. I spoke to the person that washed my car and they said that it wasn’t them. My car was already scratched. However, since there was so many scratches, he told another worker and the worker buff out some of the scratches out. One scratch on my car is very deep and noticeable. They told me that one they can’t fix. However, I’m still disappointed that they scratched my car after its first car wash. I haven’t even had it for a month and they scratched my car!

My experience with Tiny has always been positive. I’ve had to wait, but that’s because they are very thorough with each car. I’ve been getting my vehicles detailed at Tiny since I moved to Long Beach 6 years ago. Even when I lived in Downey for a couple of years, I came back to Tiny because I couldn’t find a car wash closer to Downey that did as good a job.

I’ve been going here for years and their service has gone down the drain. I dropped my car off to be washed and was told it would take an hour and half. I came back a little over an hour later and my car was still sitting there dirty and untouched. His excuse was a car was blocking another car. I noticed several luxury vehicles that weren’t there when I arrived were being cleaned instead. He didn’t make sense at all and it was a bunch of excuses. Two weeks prior to this, my partner brought our other vehicle to be washed and specifically asked for the bed of the truck to be cleaned. Came back two hours later and the bed was untouched and had to wait an additional hour. Get it together!

Didn't want to believe the poor reviews until I'd tried it for myself, but definitely got de-prioritized after leaving my car for a wash and pet hair removal. Came back after 1.5hrs and the car was just getting started on the interior. Granted, it was busy (2 cars waiting 'ahead of me' and my car was dirty, but none of the other vehicles or customers were the same as when I had left that morning. Took another 45m to finish after the manager had noticed I had come back and paid and jumped on my car to help the employee. All told, 2.5hrs and $175 ($135 wash/pet hair removal + tip) for an OK job (still spots of dust and dirt on the interior, spots on windshield). Won't be back, unfortunately.

I payed $100+ for a detailed wax. I didn't get a wax nor detailed... it was a simple car wash that they did, within said price I was told they would wash the floor mats which they also didn't do. But it's okay guys just try to do it better and correct next time.

Best car wash in town! I was helped immediately by a very friendly and helpful attendant, checking out was very easy and pleasant, and they did an amazing job cleaning my baby!! Plus they have a reward stamp card with which you can earn a free wash. Best service, best people, best wash and best price in all of Long Beach.

I tried this place out because I would drive by all the time and see the absolutely immaculate cars. My car looked okay when they were done with it and I had to point out a lot of places where they missed spots in the last buffer stage but once they did that, my car looked amazing. Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I got the package #3 and i was not satisfy at all with the quality. Other places do better job for cheaper. First, i was told they won't use armor on the inside dashboard or seats(they say its extra) so they just wipe it down. The windows and outside was poorly clean I have water smudges all around the car body amd womdowns. I pay close to $55 for a bad job.!! I normally go to cherry/wardlow and those guy do way better job, than this place. I live down the st and thought of giving it a chance but I am beyond dissatisfied at their quality of work. Bad experience as a first time customer.

Best place ever to get a mini detail.. However lately the service has demish in some regards.. this recent wash was not as through as I had come to expect for 70 bucks. A lot of missed spots and water streaks on the exterior. Wheels were extra and was not complete as well. Interior was almost on par but some how a small about of sand was found on the seats.. I know this place has the ability to put out stunning work maybe this one was just a one time swing and a miss.. Ill ended up correcting the misses when I got home .

Just for begin my car is a 2013 Malibu with 110 thousand miles & Im the original/only owner. Never detailed just always washed & kept clean. I live near Tiny so wanted to give them a try. I started with my interior few months ago & was very pleased. Seats & carpet came out very nice! I was hesitant on the outside only because of a few bad reviews but took it back. Reminder never detailed the outside & 95% of the scratches / oxidation came out & paint smooth as if new. I would recommend. Price fair. Everyone's experience is different, just saying...
