Went in last weekend to get a tire replaced (original tire from factory, never been removed before) and the tech ended up scratching my wheel all over the place. The manager Patrick said "that's normal with stick on wheel weights and we had trouble balancing it"he then asked me to come back so he could take pictures and file a claim and he gave me a blank form with no information and now I have to drive all over town to get repair quotes while they do nothing to help. Very poor service and even worse customer service.

Charged my husbands credit card before fully solving the issue, then charged more money a second time. They even asked my husband to help fix the issue they couldn’t solve because they were short staffed. Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this location gave us issues. Go somewhere else!

Damaged my car and won’t take responsibility. I came in to get two new tires and left with damage to my driver’s side rear bumper (see photo). The car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, and the damage was immediately noticeable upon pickup. When I pointed it out, the staff completely denied responsibility. They claim they have no cameras (convenient), and the service advisor told me she’d submit a claim. Now she’s out sick and it turns out she never submitted anything. I’ve followed up multiple times and have gotten nowhere. No accountability. No help. Just silence. If you care about your vehicle, go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

Arrived with both my and the wife’s car for oil change since we are both off today. My wife made APPOINTMENT three days ago for the same time at 830 am the guy at the desk asked how he could help told him we had appointments for an oil change and he said 2-3 hours wait time what’s the point of the appointment if I can’t get in when I asked on top of very poor scheduling to only have one tech from open till the time I walked in roughly an hour later with other people in front of me waiting will never be going there again. Needless to say, we walked out and never got an oil change.

Got a flat tire on 75 North, having 600 miles to drive with a handicapped person. Drove to Tirechoice Auto Service Center on Rolfes Road on a spare tire. Was greeted by a very nice and helpful Assistant Manager John Cilento. He was SO helpful that I will never forget it! The shop didn’t have the wheels for my car. He managed to find a wheel and the tire for my car in half an hour making dozen of calls to different shops. My car was taken to be serviced right away. Thank you, Mr. Cilento for your time, patience and help.

Great experience. Had to have my car towed to the location. They helped with a towing company recommendation first and then continued to provide great service from there. Before working on the vehicle I was called and given various options to approve or decline. They never completed work that wasn’t approved. They explained everything and answered my questions. For the first time in a long time, as a female, I didn’t feel like I needed to have my husband call to assess whether I was being ripped off. Thank you!!

I’ve been to this Tires Plus twice, and unfortunately neither experience was good. The first visit, I was charged an extremely high amount during a “buy three, get one free” tire promotion—partly my fault for not questioning it more. However, during the tire change, they also lost one of my lug nuts, which is unacceptable. The second visit was for a simple tire patch. Instead, I was immediately told I needed to buy a new tire and was charged $118. I specifically asked them to inspect the other three tires, and they said they would. However, as soon as I drove away, my tire pressure light came on. When I checked, I found a nail in another tire. This tells me the tires were not properly inspected. It feels like the focus is on selling tires rather than ensuring customer safety. I left feeling frustrated and concerned, and I won’t be returning.

The manager and staff were extremely knowledgeable and honest. I had taken my car to 3 other mechanics and they could not figure out what the issue was. The team at this location was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a hour. I live 1.5 away but will make the drive to this location because their manager and staff are what other automotive repair shops should strive to be like at the Tire Choice at 9002 Rolfes Road. Can't begin to say how grateful I am for their professionalism and honesty.

Called and asked for a specific tire brand. Was told they had the 4 tires and gave me an 8AM appt. the following day. I showed up for the appt. and was told the tires would not be there til 10AM. I wasn't going to wait 2 hrs. so I left and went elsewhere and got my new tires for $200 less than Tire Choice quoted. It worked out in my favor! I saved $200.
