First of all to install two tires almos $90 is absurd, plus they didn’t even perform a proper installation while they left the old weights on the tires, proceeded to mark the rotors with some wax markers to indicate the thickness. I advise them that will cause warpage because I do a lot of highway driving with the car and first of all if you want to perform anything that it’s mentioned in the repair order please ask the customer if they agree for you to inspect the vehicle. No, Shop will ever write or mark on rotors like a little kid is drawing on a paper.

Bought and used the Groupon at this merchant. However they are NOT honoring as stated in the fine prints on their terms. Secondly, its took almost 3hrs for just an oil changed and tires rotation because that I have to wait for almost 2hrs for a simple part to delivery for their vendor. But they were NOT compensated for non of my times wasted. Extremely dissatisfied and never come back to this place ever again. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!

I was driving across the state on a Sunday and my brakes started to fail. I was able to limp into the parking lot. I spoke to Ray about my problem and he said he would put me at the top of the list for Monday when his Tech would be in. About 11:00 on Monday I got a call that I was all set and they were able to order a part and flair the brake line to get the brakes up and running. I am pretty sure there are only a handful of folks nearby that could do this and to do it so quickly was a blessing. Thanks Tire Choice!!!!

Tires choice is a horrible company and this is the second time theyve destroyed a piece of my vehicle and made me pay for it. Came in for 2 front tires because of the buy one get one promotion. Still was charged 300$. After trying to take lugs off guy pulls me aside and tells me they’re too tight. Which is a bold face lie considering i did them myself at 135lbs soaking wet with a cross bar and cant even push it far enough to get the damn thread to strip. And yhere was absolutely no issue with my threading prior to my visit/ not cross threaded i am no fool, Yet he ruined almost all my studs. So my hour visit turns into 3 hours and im told for 5 lugs and 3 of the 10 studs itll be 175$. I agree and leave. I call them back on my own initiative hours later and they go “oh your cars been done boss” so i go back with my 185$ for the fee and taxes and my receipt says 284$ for 3 studs and 5 lugs. So in total for 1 buy 1 get 1 tire and 3 studs and 5 lugs nuts I spent 559$ a full weeks worth of my money. I would never ever ever everrrr recommend anyone to go here they’re money hungry vultures that have no clue what they’re doing. Not only that but they apparently can’t drive standard becuase the guy stalled my car over 5 times to get it into the shop just to egotistically attempt to tell me my clutch is bad. HA. Goodbye tires choice. And please do not come back.
