I went by the Tire Choice on Prien Lake today. I was greeted and helped by a US Army Veteran named Wayne. I got my tires rotated and balanced without an appointment and so fast I barely had enough time to sit in the waiting area and drink a cup of coffee! This place is great and we are beyond lucky they are here to help, thanks again it meant more than you know!!

They changed two tires while we waited in the spacious waiting room. The owner came and talked to us the whole time we were on site. He's a funny guy. The prices were great and the service fast! I would recommend trying them out.

These guys were extremely nice and efficient first thing in the morning after a rough night of tire issues. They gave me great deal on a patch job, and quoted me for two new tires with options for lower cost if I needed. I was grateful and didn’t feel like they were trying to scam at all. I will be back to get those new tires very soon.

I find it hard to go to an automotive shop and not get taken advantage of because I'm a woman but I didn't have to worry at all here. They were super honest and helpful. No matter how much help I needed, they we're always courteous and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Loved my tires and the service they provided. I highly recommend them.

My name is Mildred. I visited TheTire a choice today in Lake Charles and it was an awesome experience. Rodney waited on me and took care of all of my needs. He even helped me get something unlocked that I couldn’t do myself. He was amazing, very cordial, and very helpful. I wasn't sure where to bring my vehicle for service, so I did a bit of research and came across The Tire Choice (formerly Allied). Based on the reviews, I chose The Tire Choice Lake Charles and it's the best decision I've made regarding vehicle service. Rodney is awesome! I had only been gone for about 25-30 mins. when he called to discuss the repairs I needed. I needed to purchase a new tire, had others rotated and balanced and needed an alignment. Everything was done quickly, professionally and, most importantly, it was affordable (even fixed a tire leak at no charge). If I had wanted to, I could have had my vehicle back before lunchtime. Thanks Rodney, for the HONEST, fast, friendly and affordable service! I've found my new go-to tire and service center in the Lake Charles area.

Rodney Bass was so helpful! He recommended the correct oil type when I had no clue what I needed and got my oil changed quickly. He called me as soon as my car was ready, less then 30 minutes later. I also bought my tires when they were Allied, and they honored the free tire rotation policy. I would highly recommend The Tire Choice (and Rodney!) to anyone.

Everyone here was super friendly! I had just gotten off of work at the mall with a flat tire! They were the only place open after I got off and they were about to close! They finished my tire in about five minutes, and they still greeted me with kindness and hospitality, even though I showed up last minute! This place will definitely receive my business in the future!

Excellent job, fast, best price in town, Rodney made sure to take care of me and my vehicle. Highly recommend. I thought I needed new tires, they honestly told me I had another 10k or so before we need to look at changing. Fixed a minor leak free of charge. Honestly blown away at this level of sincerity and honesty. Will be back in 10k miles to get all new tires here!

My experience with doing business with this place and whomever is the so called owner/manager was the worst I had had from a business in Lake Charles! Took my perfectly operating truck for a simple brake job and got it back with all sorts of problems that could not be explained. My biggest issue was the owner not wanting to take some sort of responsibility for anything, his exact response was "so what do you want me ta do" I do all kinds of work inside peoples homes and if something was in good working condition before I got there and once I left they started having issues my goal would be to work with that customer to see what possibly could have happened and not just flat out start on the defensive and miss diagnosis of the actual issue of which I had to pay another shop to find and fix. I would have been satisfied with splitting the cost had he made any good faith attempt! Best advice from me is to avoid said shade tree shop!

We were driving through LA from South FL and realized our tire had a slow leak. Called multiple tire shops while on the highway and this location was the only one that would be open late. The gentleman at the counter (I believe was the manager or owner) was very charismatic. He was very friendly, hospitable (let our small dog come into the waiting room), helpful and had a good sense of humor. He showed us the damage to our tire and got it fixed right away. Great customer service, timely service and reasonable pricing equals an amazing experience at this location. We highly recommend!!!

I had a tire blowout yesterday so I went to this shop to replace one. But my tire was uncommon, and they didn't carry it. Usually, it ends right there. But the mechanics there were very kind and tried to find a solution for me. I really appreciated their professional suggestions and opinions. Thank you very much for trying to help me resolve the problem. I highly recommend them if you need an honest and kind mechanic to work on your car.
