Low prices guaranteed? Don’t let it fools you. Under the generic Tire Choice brand name lies the real and commendable honest mechanic named Robert who wouldn’t just overcharge me but did a quick top up of my transmission fluid and inspect my coolant free of charge, the old-fashioned way. If you watched any car movie and wonder where has all the real mechanics like those are in real life, I’ve found one here. If this doesn’t how you earn my business nowadays, I don’t know what does. Robert was the only mechanic who let me into the bay and educate me while he worked. I’m tired of all other auto shops treating me like a bank, sitting me in a comfortable lobby insulating me from any knowledge of my own car and the guys who talk to you ain’t the one with the elbow grease. Most auto shops, even those with great reviews, are trying to up-charge you for their overheads. Assuming you know zero thing about your own car. Robert and his men didn’t treat me that way. I learned a great deal about my machine, and the way he instructed the younger men in his shop was very commendable, almost felt like apprenticeship. You want to bring your car to Robert. This is the mechanic you have been looking for.

Above and beyond ustomer service. I cannot tell you how much customer service plays a role in having repeated customers. From the time I called for a rough estimate (Josh is amazing), to the little time I waited in the lobby area with my 2 girls. Lobby area was super clean. Gremlins was playing and Josh managed to crack a joke with my girls. Down to the mechanic giving me a smile and saying “have a great day.” I went in to patch my tire and I left feeling like part of the team. Their promise hanging on the wall was definitely met. My 1st time here and this experience made a repeat customer out of me. Thanks guys.

A poor experience for a longtime customer. Had blowout 10/5 and brought the car in for a repair. I was informed that the tread had separated from the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. Ordered a full set of new tires and the rep pulled up my record and never mentioned if I was eligible for an adjustment based on a purchase of two tires Nov 2023. When the tires finally arrived 10/7 I asked to see the bad tires and was told they were sent away for recycling and without them no adjustment could be determined. had to leave with no consideration. On 10/8 I had a service appointment at the dealership and was informed the the new tires were not properly balanced (had paid for this service as part of the purchase). The dealership provided me documentation of the measurements and photos of the problem balancing service. I returned to the store with that info and was rudely dismissed by the service clerk with no consideration of the info at hand. I have been a good customer with this store over several years and was previously dealing with front desk people who were thorough and respectful and stood up to address you (instead of leaning on the wall while talking to you). After spending $3300 for tires (including $350 for a inadequate balancing job) I will take my business elsewhere in the future and give poor recommendations on social media and to anyone who asks.

Robert was really nice. You said it would be 1 hour and it was just a little less which was nice. Fixed a few other things that no charge. Didn't try to sell me upsell or sell me anything else. I will definitely go here again for my oil change

I've been to Tire Choice on Warm Springs many times for tires and brakes and they've always done a good job. Never speedy. Sometimes an oil change might take 3 hours. I went to them for something different this week. My driver window wouldn't go up and down. Apparently it was a regulator and they charged over $1,000 to fix it after I paid them and had the work done. I searched around and found out that this job should have cost $400 to $600 but I bit the bullet and paid it. But what was really disappointing when I got home and looked at the window that they'd repaired it was filthy. For $1,000 they didn't clean the window and I couldn't even clean it with window cleaner. I had to go back to Tire Choice and they got a razor blade out to scrape off the sticky tape remnants that they left on the window. So I think I paid too much and they didn't finish the job professionally

I had a hole in my tire and I was headed to a party. I stopped in at the Warm Springs location. Malik found the problem and got it fixed in no time. The service was wonderful. They also do brakes and oil changes. I'll be coming back when I need service in the future.

I just left the Tire Choice Service Center at 2120 E Warm Springs Rd. I went there to buy a set of used-but-good-condition 225/45/17 tires that Ernie Alvarado from Tire Choice posted on Facebook marketplace for $100. I was asking about mounting and balancing services when I spoke to him online, and he told me he could only sell tires, not mount them. OK, no problem. When I noticed the tire machine in the back, I asked again… and for some reason Ernie got heated and snapped at me. Normally of I buy used tires from the shops on Tropicana, they offer mounting and balancing services. Even Discount Tire and Firestone offer mounting and balancing if you bring your wheels in. I ended up not buying the tires because of his attitude. I was surprised at how I was treated because I was legitimately a CUSTOMER with cash in hand trying to buy tires. I certainly didn’t expect someone to act so belligerent towards me just for asking clarifying questions. Sheesh. Be careful.
