These guys replaced the control arms on my axel in April of 2022. We were from out of town and only in the area for a couple of days and they squeezed us in and did a great job. We had no where to go while they worked on the car because it was too early to check into our hotel so they took us some where to eat and would have picked us up again - but we decided to walk. Honest, good communicators, great attitudes, and service above and beyond. Plus they made us laugh. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank YOU!

Import Auto Pros is not only the CLEANEST shop in town...they are the BEST auto mechanic shop in Las Vegas - hands down! Mark & his team are honest & act with integrity - they won't upsell you or sell you something you don't need. They actually provide friendly Customer Service and take the time to explain things to you in layman's' terms. Would highly recommend! They also have automated alerts to remind you when it's time for your next oil change and such, a great time saver I don't have to worry about anymore.

I’ve been going to Import Auto Pros for over 10 years. Mark and his daughter Shelby are first rate when it comes to maintenance work on any make or model vehicle. They also now have an adjacent auto repair facility for collision repair. We took a vehicle in that was in an accident and it looks better than new. The one word that best describes my viewpoint on their service, is integrity. Not a word thrown around a lot in the automotive business. I highly recommend them for any type of auto work.

I had asked around my network for recommendation on a honest mechanic that can check and let me know if my car was ready to go cross-country along with a regular service check. I was told to call them up. I did and got an appointment 3 days later. I am super nervous as I'm mid-30year old woman with two kids who know nothing about cars but didn't want to be taken advantage of. The place is first of all very female-friendly as in, I didn't feel uncomfortable there with my children. It was clean and bright! They were ready 9am sharp. Shelby was so kind and made sure my questions and concerns was conveyed to the mechanic. Everything was checked - car was even on the lift. I got a print out with details and that it was all well except one minor thing which they gave me information on to get it fixed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes and I now feel confident about bringing the car cross country. Thank you!

Love love love Shelby at IAP!!!! Drove out from Scottsdale and had an AC appointment with Chapman Dodge in a week or freon fill and diagnostic on the 14th. Of course mid drive in 110 degrees my car started blowing warm air. But to be fair Chapman made an accommodation for me at the Henderson location.... but $250 bucks for the diagnosis only and of course they will not fill the freon IF there is a system issue. They wanted 3k for a new evaporator apparently small leak...before they would fill my freon. At this point, I explained this to Shelby and that my intention was to get my car's AC working so I could make it back to Scottsdale. They were able to service my car with the fill for $289 and I'm happy with it.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve taken my cars here for over 10 years and refer anyone and everyone to them. Mark, the owner, is very particular and kind, and keeps the CLEANEST shop I’ve ever seen. Great staff, and honest!
